2024 dodge ram. Caliber collision put a defective OEM side panel on my truck with a dent in it. Caliber collision did not have an answer for me when I asked how it happened. obviously, I told them that I wanted what I paid for which is a new side panel. I was then told by caliber collision and State Farm that neither one of them is taking responsibility for it, and I basically have to take it in the as$. I was offered a paintless dent removal on what is supposed to be a brand new OEM part. Absolute horrible workmanship, and customer service from caliber collision and State Farm. I would not even recommend getting a kids bicycle repaired here.
And when I was told the truck was completed, I showed up to an uncompleted truck missing a wheel well attachment, and them asking me to come back on my own time to get it fixed. The fact that State Farm pushes you on extremely subpar body shops like this is BS. O stars all the way around. I also canceled State Farm immediately!

The first time we used this company, we really liked it. Jared was still working there then. We didn't do anything. The insurance was slow in paying out and Jared took care of the insurance payments etc. They fixed the car and everything was fine. The second time we came here only because of Jared. But unfortunately, he no longer worked for this company. When we left our car, we said that they would call us before giving an estimate for the repair. No, they didn't. They were all in charge of the insurance without our knowledge. The insurance immediately Totaled our car. When we arrived at Caliber and started asking why they were charging so much for repairs etc., one man answered us with a roll of his eyes that they had nothing from totaled the car. Not even cent . He kept telling me this for about 5 minutes. Why would I care whether he has anything to do with it or not? The Estimate was very high and no one even deigned to call us and tell us about it. We took the car and went to another body shop. It was very hard , but we pulled the car out of Totaled . Took us several weeks . These guys just want the cars to be Totaled. That's why one of them, when asked all the questions, rolled his eyes and kept saying that they have nothing from total cars. Be careful. Your car is over 10 years old, with not so much damage, you car can be totaled . No one will call you and tell you what’s going on . They don't care. They have nothing to do with it, except roll their eyes. This place has become a scam. Run from there immediately.

Wish they had 0 stars. This is a preferred body shop from State Farm and my car was taken there after an accident. Has car from 7/2 -7/12 with no estimate done. Called and they said give us till the 17th!. This was at 12:39 p.m. Said no we are removing the car and started the process with State Farm. Called them back at 2:37 p.m. to tell them where we are moving the car too and do we need to sign anything over there for the other company to to take ..we are told no. All of a sudden there is a ridiculous quote of almost $20,000 at 4:32p.m. of a preliminary based on visible damage in my portal. We call to get it removed and the rep from State Farm said they have complaints of this company doing this. Finally get car moved on Tuesday the 16th ,as State Farm deemed it a total loss from that and they were telling us they wouldn't pay to move. New quote is over $3000 less and not done solely on visible damage..but State Farm keeps referring back to this and won't remove it as I have called and wrote many times over this. . Hopefully the State Department will look into them after I send in my complaint. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

My advisor Chris was the best always called me and let me know what steps my car is up to. My car was ready a day before expected.
Chantelle was the first person you spoke to upon walking in she helped me with all the online things that insurance company wanted. I even got to talk to the manager Michael. The crew that worked on my car did a great job repairing it and my car was spotless when I picked it up. This shop is great will definitely recommend it to anyone that wants the VIP experience. I give this shop 100% of my confidence in repairing my car .

I had to bring my car back 3 times and it is still not repaired. Each time they messed up something else. It is still not fixed.
