“Awesome, awesome service. Kind, helpful people. Gator Glass exceeded my expectations. In about an hour, my windshield was fully replaced and recalibrated with my oil change reminder sticker and neighborhood entry tag perfectly reattached. I chose them over Safelite after reading Safelite’s terrible reviews and I’m so glad I did! Hoping for no windshield damage for a long time, but it’s great to know I have Gator Glass on standby ready to help if needed! By the way, if you have comprehensive auto insurance coverage, windshield replacements are required by law in Florida to be covered fully, no deductible. When I called my insurance company, they first told me I did not have windshield coverage. Then I did some research and found out about the Florida law.”

There was a lot of confusion on whether or not I was going to get that Saturday appointment. People did not get back to me when they said they would.
