We had a car transferred from a Georgia location and completed the purchase on Sunday with LEE and SAMMY! The whole process was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was explained meticulously and we couldn't be happier with the car we purchased! Thank you so much for everything!

The sale of my car was very smooth and easy. We were paid exactly what they offered on line after bringing the car in for inspection. The facility was clean and the staff very polite and efficient. There were no add on or hidden fees. All good.

Great experience there selling my car but the customer service in the loan dept office gets an F. The lady I just got off the phone seemed inpatient with giving me information about the pay off of my car to the bank. She told me her answer and just hung up, no thank you for calling no have a nice day, she said click. Poor etiquette. Hope she has a better Monday. She was working the morning of 10/23/23 at the royal palm location.

Sergio was the man assisting me today along with Lan. Together they accomplished what I thought was going to be a long daunting and stressful process. For backgroundI purchased a car at a carmax 70 miles away from home two days prior, when I got home three lights came on. So I made the decision to take the car back. I found the carmax closer to me to be more beneficial instead of driving another 70 miles. They had no problem allowing me to return the car to this dealership. And also assisted me with an exchange. Of course I had to run my credit again and this took a while. But every one was patient and we got it done. And I left with a car that I was happy with.Sergio is an asset to the company and I see great things in his future.Lan takes time to make sure the customer is accommodated.I would recommend going to this carmax for your car purchasing needs. Don’t hesitate.

Great buying experience, but the follow-up customer no service was the absolute worst. on a scale on 1 to 20, I'd say a negative 4 (-4). impossible to reach someone by phone. No one answers! I drove to the location to get some response and was assured someone would CALL me. No one calls. I tried to call them and counted the times it rang before someone answered, 84 times (I expected 100). Horrible, horrible "service"

Such an amazing experience from start to finish and extremely fast. Ruby and Lizette were very professional, and knowledgeable. I got my car sold in about an hour and a half and the offer was what was given to me online*. I would never understand why someone would sell there car the old fashion way. Thanks CarMax! ?

They are fakes, they don't know how to value a vehicle, this Ruby doesn't know how to open the engine cover of a 1999 F-150, it took them more than 1 hour to tell me that it was worth less than what their website had told me. valued, in short they are a fraud

Came here to sell me car. Brought it in with no lights and got a quote for X amount of dollars. I agreed and told them I’d be back tomorrow to complete the sale which was valid for 14 days. Upon arrival for the sale, the offer was reduced by $1000 and when I asked why, I was told there was a code thrown during the inspection. When I asked to see evidence of this, I was told that only the mechanics have access to this and they couldn’t share it with me. Suspicious. I told them I’d get it checked on my own and bring it back repaired without the code. Went to have the car checked and boom, no code. Brought the car back the following day and told them to recheck because there was no codes. They said they can’t trust what I’m saying unfortunately and that id have to bring an invoice in from an independent mechanic showing no codes. I did this and brought it back with the invoice and report. Sorry, there’s nothing we can do currently, they said you have to wait for the 14 days to expire and get reappraised. I told them can I get it appraised at a different location. They said I’d have to call the other location in Boynton. I called and was told yes no problem. Drove all the way there and was told they also couldn’t appraise the vehicle that I’d have to wait for the prior one to expire. At this point I’m adding miles to the car I’m trying to sell and wasting gas and my precious time. Seller beware.

The service was fine. I mean people are friendly and they want to do their job. However, once you leave getting your salesman on the phone and getting them to respond quickly to text messages is a little annoying. Coming from the service industry I didn't feel any sense of urgency with my questions. Once a manager got involved and things moved a little bit better and I got the answers to the questions that I needed. All in all, I feel like I did all the work. And if you're looking for a car and you're OK with doing the work, a no haggle place is perfect. Again, the service was fine and I would consider Carmax again in the future, even though I had to walk away from this deal.

We bought and brought home a 2020 Honda CRV from Carmax Royal Palm Beach in less than 24 hours after contacting Carmax. We found our CRV online and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Luis Reyes was our salesperson. We have to say he is absolutely wonderful! We’ve bought many vehicles in the past and it was always such a stressful experience. Luis gave us a fair $ amount for our trade in and our purchase price for our new CRV was exactly as advertised. Our total buying experience was simple and wonderful and Luis explained all of the details of the paperwork, so we knew exactly what we were purchasing and the details of the contracts we signed. Got the car I wanted the approval process was difficult when trying to buy online had to come in store to complete purchase. Very happy with the vehicle only one problem I ran into. I wanted my tag transferred over but got a new plate and was charged for it. I went back a few hours later to do the tag transfer properly but they colored in my registration sticker with a sharpie. Preying I don’t get pulled over
