I am SO THANKFUL for Donna! I called the store ISO of a particular product, and she knew exactly what I needed, held the product for me until I got to the store and checked multiple other locations for the product I needed. EXCELLENT service!

The workers don’t know what they are doing. My daughter had to call me to ask what to get for her hair dye. Once she got the hair dye the worker told her she needs an ID and an account to buy from the store. Never had to deal with that at any beauty supply

There is this girl that works there in the evening I didn’t get her name but she was alone in the store, she treated me so bad and didn’t want to help me at all. I will never go back to this store!!!!!

It seems as though this store has had a serious upgrade over the last couple of months; not as in a decorative remodel, but perhaps as in a change of management & staffing. It is now consistently clean & organized, and to a more detailed degree. It is obvious the employees take great care in keeping everything front facing & well stocked. It makes the store more aesthetically pleasing to shop in, and I find myself spending more time in there because of it.I have also noticed a change in the "vibe" of the store. Everyone there is so helpful & pleasant, and I'm never made to feel like an inconvenience when I have specific questions about products. I must say, I am actually quite impressed with the customer service as of late, especially since the quality of customer service in retail has generally been on the decline (understandable pandemic burn out. I get it.).Aslan is always a delight to interact with. Although she is brand new & doesn't always know the answers to my questions, she does everything she can to point me in the right direction. I appreciate her honesty when she doesn't know, and her enthusiasm when she does. I hope she stays at this location because she truly makes me feel like a valued customer.

The one girl working here had a friend in the store while she was working and they were socializing the whole time. She was not welcoming and not helpful. An item I purchased scanned wrong compared to the tag and she gave me the hardest time saying she couldn't change the price. I asked her to call the manager because it was an error and she said my manager won't change it. I said please call anyway. She called another store and kept saying the tags ring up the same at the other store and I said again please call your manager. She said I'll call the manager but she will say the same thing, she's not going to change the price. I said please call because all the tags read the same price, I would understand if it was a typo on one item, but all the similar items in that row have the same tags with the same price. She called her manager and the manager fixed the price. She could have saved me a lot of time had she called her manager right when I asked. Instead I spent 20 minutes waiting for her to call around before she would even attempt to call the manager. Horrible experience especially because it shouldn't have taken over 30 minutes; I was the only shopper in the store besides her friend.

Great friendly staff, but horrible corporate customer support, this company has grown closed many stores to get richer, under pay their staff, Everytime i go to the only closest location, they have different employees, I now shop at Paramount beauty supply, professional, and large inventory
