Worst experience ever first and last time I will ever use them. Make sure to call and actually make sure they have your medicine because you will be out of luck and they won’t help you at all.

I have been going to the Royal Palm Beach Costco Pharmacy for some Years. The Manager Craig, Assistant Paul, and All of their Co Workers have been nothing but the Best, Top Shelf, Professional Pharmacist in the Pharmacy Business that I know of. Also, have done a couple of shots (Injections) like flu vaccine ect, which Paul, who gave me the injection, made me feel comfortable about getting them. Manager Craig & Paul, Both have taken a time out to explain & listen to my concerns, which is very Professional.

I don't get the negative reviews. I call in my script on automated line, I get a text within an hour that it will be ready by 3pm. I do this regularly. I believe some of these complaints are bogus.

My prescription was refilled promptly and the lady who helped me when I picked it up, Janice, was friendly and efficient. I saw a tall bald man who I assume was the pharmacist talking with an older couple, answering their questions, being friendly. I really appreciate the service here.

The service at this pharmacy is the absolute worst. Please stay away and go to Walmart. It can take days to get a prescription filled. They invent problems with filling your prescription all the time, which never happens at the other pharmacies. If they feel they need to "call the doctor", they'll never make the new call because "they were too busy". I love Costco, but this pharmacy is beyond bad.

Purchased a Bose Sound bar here last week. This week it was $250 less & they adjusted the price - that's why I love shopping at Costco. Family loved their $99 Sue La Tabla air fryer, I don't know where I'll put it, but I'll try it or bring it back. It's so easy here!

NOT ADA compliant. Manager James refused my service animal after holding us up at door for 10 minutes and getting us all upset. Mind you one of the services he provides is high blood pressure. I will never shop here again and am contacting an attorney
