I purchased tires from Costco due to the warranty, came to get a flat repaired and got an appointment for the next day. I waited 2 and a half hours to get my flat repaired. Absolutely ridiculous.

Flat tire 02/18/24, called to go as a walk in next day. The answer was "we do not take walk in, the only Cotsco with walk in service is at North Lake.". Today 2/19/24 I got my tire fixed thanks to the northlake staff where they made me aware that all Cotsco tire centers are able to take walk in customers. I m VERY UPSET ? DUE THE LONG DRIVING WITH A TERRIBLE WEATHER ? . Just because of someone laziness.

Excellent deals and service! Warranty is unmatched by another other tire installer and you rated tires installed for the same price as mediocre tires at tire kingdom, Firestone, et. Highly recommend you check them out before your next tire change!

Amazing customer service and support. I arrived without an appointment, and they helped schedule one for me. On top of that, they hopped out to my car to check the tire pressure monitor system just to see if any “quick fixes” would work.Really friendly and helpful, and you can’t beat Costco’s pricing and warranty.

It took the cafe 45 minutes after I purchased all my groceries, for them to crank out 1/2 pepperoni, half cheese pizza. The store was actually quite dead, and they were ripping out whole cheese and whole pepperoni and there is no excuse for them to take 45 minutes to make a pizza they advertise on their electric ordering machine. My frozen food was thawed.. I would've asked for a refund after 30 minutes, but the understaffed Cafe workers were so flustered it would've been pointless. F THIS PLACE!!!!

When I go to Costco, I feel I'm in a "Alice in wonderland" experience! So many products, great choices and merchandise for everybody's budget. For me it's a day of adventure and treasure hunting and matching the treasure with the right price. Exciting and if that wasn't enough, great staff and service.

Good gas prices in Lantana, and nice selection of fairly priced groceries and cleaning supplies. Very busy store with many immigrants of Spanish descent shopping there. I say go!

Purchased a Bose Sound bar here last week. This week it was $250 less & they adjusted the price - that's why I love shopping at Costco. Family loved their $99 Sue La Tabla air fryer, I don't know where I'll put it, but I'll try it or bring it back. It's so easy here!

Had new tires placed on my car and they took my original tire air valve caps that were metal and placed bright green cheap plastic ones on my tires instead. When I noticed, I contacted costco and they said a manager would get back to me and he never did. I don't understand why you can't just place the ORIGINAL caps that the car had prior to changing the tires. I've had my tires changed at other places and they always place my original caps.
