My storage was super easy to reserve online. I did have a couple questions in which I called and someone returned my call pretty quickly and he (Justin) was super nice. My storage unit was very clean. The instructions to access my storage unit were very easy to access with reassuring security.

The dude at the front desk, Justin, was a great help. He answered my question about the lock without issue and he even helped me find where my unit is.
On top of that, the unit that I'm renting was already clean when we opened it. I was at a different location previous to this that had dead bugs, newspaper and cardboard left behind, so I'm glad this one worked out.

The young man did an outstanding job of explaining different sizes & prices and overall was courteous and professional. I increased the size of our locker and the young man working on 3/15/24 did an outstanding job of taking me to various-sized lockers until the locker I needed was shown to me. The young lady introduced humor to the conversation which I found it outstanding. Very mature and all were well-schooled in communication and did an outstanding job. Thank you. Very rare in today's business.

Staff is friendly and professional and facility is clean. Moved to different company as Cubesmart consistently raises rental rates with no concession for long term rentals. New rentals were 1/2 price of what I was paying.
