Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in he had a smile on his face and was friendly. I shopped and had a question he immediately helped me and answered my question, I really appreciated he took the time to help me. He also rang me up at the register, Jason is very professional and had a great attitude, thanks so much Jason for a great CVS experience!

I had to fill a few prescriptions for my son and they were really efficient. The store was a bit messy but maybe it was due to the time of day. The pharmacy staff was kind and was willing to answer my questions.

So I go to CVS Pharmacy in Royal Palm Beach, Florida and go to checkout with the $6 off $30 coupon they sent me. Coupon comes up not assigned to user. I get the manager who says it’s not assigned to you nothing I can do. I ask “there’s nothing you can do?” She says “no” (with smug look of power in that moment on her face). I asked her why CVS would send me this coupon if I can use it. “Sorry”. So I left without purchasing anything. I wonder what the cost of acquiring a customer is at CVS? All my prescriptions, my monthly $5 membership fee, all the business I give them. For $6 they essentially said take your business elsewhere, and well, I will. #badcustomerservice #CVSCouponScam #BaitandSwitch

Adding to my previous review... Upon cancelling CVS from my life I decided to contact my doctor and have my prescriptions reissued to Publix. I was shocked (SHOCKED!!!!) to find out that the medications I had been getting monthly at CVS were costing me 3 times as much!!! (with all the hassles upon hassles that came along with it) That's right... I was paying 3 TIMES what it cost at Publix to suffer through dealing with a company that has proven itself miserably incapable of handling the most basic of pharmacy duties! I am actually embarrassed! Well at least I have learned a valuable lesson and I can feel comfort in the fact that by writing this review I am probably saving someone else a whole lot of money and frustration. In fact this review may save lives for those who suffer from hypertension and could be pushed over the edge trying to deal with CVS. Thank you YELP for giving me this opportunity to help my fellow man!

I've always had mild annoyances with this store but today really took the cake. I used an online doctor to get some antibiotics who prescribed me amoxicillin although he knew I was allergic to penicillin. When I went to pick it up I asked the pharm tech if it was safe to take because I was allergic to penicillin, she said yes. I went online and discovered they were in the same drug class so I called CVS and spoke to the same woman about the safety concern. She said "yes it's amoxicillin not penicillin we explained this to you". I then spoke to my mother who said I shouldn't take it because I could potentially die if it is penicillin related. Finally, I called the pharmacist who told me I should MOST DEFINITELY NOT take it because I would have an allergic reaction. In conclusion, if you value breathing and your heart continuing to beat, check with the pharmacist on any concerns because some people don't know sh!t :)

One the worst customer service experiences in my life, i drove over 16 miles to get a medication , over speed ( the other people called the pharmacy to let them know we are on the way) and when we got ON TIME , they close it! When I explained them that i come from far distance they just didn't care saying that they are already close, come tomorrow at 8 am, they close before 9 pm , for the record, meaning do no respect the hours. Bringing my business to another pharmacy

Worse pharmacy ever. If you ever need your RX filled. Don't come here. ESP if you NEED them. They've messed up my rx even during chemo treatments. I've have my oncologist this week call them 3X and they said "there's no medication prescriptions in your name to be filled." WTF!!! I'm done. I like the store manager and the store itself but the pharmacy dept can kiss it. Moving all my meds to Walgreens.

If I could give this store (#3418) a MINUS 5 stars, it would still be too many! Their pharmacy is the absolute worst. I waited in the drive-thru lane for 25 minutes just to drop a script. Asked for it to be ready at SIX-THIRTY and clerk said "fine". At SEVEN-THIRTY I again pulled in the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 30 minutes later I got to the window then waited 5 minutes for the clerk to come back. I gave her all my info and she went off again. She came back and told me to "drive around the building and come back to the window. My script was just being filled and would be less than 5 minutes"!!! I decided to park and go inside. The next clerk then went to pharmacist and was told "they made a mistake in the script" and would be a few minutes. TWENTY-FIVE minutes later it was finally ready. NO APOLOGY WHAT-SO-EVER FOR THE WAIT/PROBLEMS!! The gal that was ahead of me was picking-up a script that her doctor had called-in 5 hours earlier. NOT READY! The lady next to me picked-up her script and it was a brand of med that she was horribly allergic to. Her doctor had told CVS 1/2 dozen times to put notice in computer on manufacturer to be used. She was waiting for it to be filled again!! When I finally paid my $8.56 for the script that took me forever to obtain and turned around.....there were eight people in line, all with deep frowns, waiting to get their scripts. Why on earth I have used CVS all this time is definitely my fault! With Walgreens, Walmart, Costco and mail order.....I sure won't be using them again!! If you decide to use their pharmacy, don't ever say you weren't warned. They are absolutely the worst in both staffing the pharmacy and customer service!!!

Slow and sorry service!! I would rather take but prescriptions elsewhere... like PUBLIX at least they are always Polite, Always working and they don’t talk DOWN TO YOU!

They are friendly and apologetic at this CVS, but they do not communicate at all in a timely manner and do not seem to understand the urgency of some prescriptions. I have spent so much time on hold with this pharmacy. The prescription I had there has a 7 day window and multiple times I have been able to receive it at the very last minute. Being off the medicine for even a couple of days is not good for my overall health. I have changed pharmacies now.

The staff is friendly but not too knowledgeable. The prices in CVS are not great either Be aware that you should use your coupons; when doing so, prices are equitable with other stores. The edibles here are always overpriced. There's cheap wine for sale, but be careful what you purchase. Most of them are low-end. As far as the pharmacy section goes, though they are competent , they're slow as hell. There isn't too much positivity here AND I've been here at least 20x.

Online states that the pharmacy opens up at 8 o'clock... At 8 o'clock all the employees we're waiting outside lined up to get inside the store. When I came back to the pharmacy the gates were closed and I couldn't even drop off my prescription, when I contacted a store worker, he went back and made them open the pharmacy. At this point they had not even started their computers and it was seven minutes after eight. So I had to wait for the computers load and then it took the cashier 15 minutes to input my four prescriptions into the computer. After this time she told me that would be an hour wait. If you must go to CVS go to the one down the road it's a five minute drive and it will save you a lot of time.
