Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in he had a smile on his face and was friendly. I shopped and had a question he immediately helped me and answered my question, I really appreciated he took the time to help me. He also rang me up at the register, Jason is very professional and had a great attitude, thanks so much Jason for a great CVS experience!

The manager Andy is a total creep! I over heard him talking about a female customer to one of the other employees, it was completely inappropriate. Thats not the first time ive seen that guy there and had a bad experience with him.

Very disappointed in the quality of service I received today I've been coming here for years and have always been very happy and satisfied with the service... Today one of the pharmacy technicians gave me the wrong product even after I asked them double check to make sure it was the correct product...People working in this field really need to have their A game on and you cannot be giving people the wrong products especially when it comes to things that involve medication and people's safety and health...

Simple amoxicillin prescription sent Monday= Thursday pick up time?!? If you ran out, you should just tell people the truth, so we can get it elsewhere instead of wasting time when someone is sick. It shouldn’t take our actual doctor calling to find that out. On a positive note, the store employees are always nice.

My Experience at CVS Pharmacy in Royal Palm Beach has been very pleasant and welcoming. The staff members are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I must also say that the service is always great.

How can I not give this store five stars?!! It deserves 10 STARS! The employees have been very nice, polite, patient and helpful and treat you respectfully. I have no complaints about this CVS. It's WONDERFUL!

Horrible costumer service , waited 30 minutes for a passport picture, a teen kid told me to wait for him while the other more adult worker was just walking around on her phone doing anything, but they should have close this one , not the one in 441 , btw I never got to take the picture because I wasn’t going to wait more , a WASTE OF MY TIME

Horrible, horrible horrible customer service!!!! Why are some of the people in the pharmacy so rude? Maybe they need to find a job that suits them better!! I have never come across so many rude employees. If I treated people the way they do I would lose my job in a heartbeat!When you work in a customer facing role you need to treat people with respect! Time to make some changes or treat your employees to a customer service course!

Ever since the CVS on Okeechobee Boulevard closed and the pharmacy merged with this one, it has become a total nightmare!! The pharmacy only has one drive-thru lane. They have the ability to have 2, but the 2nd one is not functional, causing long wait times. The outside of the building is FILTHY and truly needs to be painted! My main issue is the pharmacy. They take forever to answer the phone. When they do, it seems to be one of the female pharmacists with an accent who is condescending. I realize if the pharmacist has to answer the phone, they all must be swamped, but that is no reason to talk down to the customers. Hire more staff because you need them!! Second, there is only one employee in the drive-thru staff that is exceptional! Of course, he came from the other location. His name is Kevin, and he is the only staff member who is caring, works quickly, and is very friendly. He goes out of his way to fix any problems with a smile. Almost all the other pharmacy staff must be completely miserable. They are rude, do not have patience, and take offense when you ask a question or need something else that may have been missed. I would suggest they all shadow Kevin at some point. As a customer of the store that closed, I was so happy when Kevin was transferred here. I wish the other store never closed as I dread coming to pick up my prescriptions here

Overheard the cashier, Arla, giving unsolicited and incorrect medical advice to the elderly couple ahead of me in line. When it was my turn at the register I suggested she leave medical advice to their doctors. She was practicing medicine without a license which is illegal. And for the record, I am a doctor.

Worst customer service. Call pharmacy and had to be transferred twice. Prescription was set for Caremark delivery, but they keep filling it at location. Said it was doctor’s fault. Problem is it was done properly by doctor, I watched it be put in system along with rest of prescriptions and I verified with nurse. On top of that, they are so slow, you will sit and wait in line anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to pick up a ready prescription. If my insurance would allow me to go somewhere else, I would gladly go!

Well, I've had medical issues for 18 yrs and never had one single problem with this local CVS. They are courteous, friendly and on time. There have been same hiccups during the Covid years but that is to be expected with so much more traffic and sickness. Thank you CVS Royal Palm Beach!! You guys ROCK!!!

The pharmacists here Karina is a 0 IQ smoothie brain. Needs to go back and do more schooling. Couldn't fill up a simple rx. I'd rather pay more on an rx at another location then to come here and have idiots make up excuses. Avoid this pharmacy, people here lack critical thinking and the pharmacist needs to go back to pharmacy school for basic prescription fills. A joke of a pharmacists.
