The staff (Kim) very professional, quick and efficient with the whole process renting 2 spaces, I was in and out within 5 minutes… wow now that’s service!!! Thank you!! Also the upkeep of the property was outstanding.. very pleased

I had a few issues to say the very least. My unit out of all units was under a mysterious hole in the roof. Christine at Royal Palm Beach called me right away escalated the situation had the roofers and repairs done very quickly. Helping by giving another unit to aid the wet and wilted items. She filled me in through the entire situation while I was out of town unable to assess the situation. I am so grateful for her empathy & compassion for my items as a single mom in a difficult situation it put me easy to have someone really listen to the devastated mindset of my entire home being in a storage unit and being jeopardized by the rainwater from the roof coming in. Thank you Christine for your compassion and customer service being top tier! You have gone above and beyond for a stranger…

Christina and Phil are phenomenal! The level of customer service they provided to me in my time of need speaks volumes about the people who work at Extra Space Storage. I have been so impressed, that I use them for multiple storage needs of boat and RV parking and storage units. Great facility and great people. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my experience here. The manager Max made me feel extremely welcomed. He took his time through my process and handled any questions or concerns I had. Amazing service 10/10 will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a storage to give them a visit you won’t regret it.

Shaneka is the best!... she's in 10200 Foxtrail Rd S, Royal Palm Beach, FL. She's very friendly yet professional, helpful & knowledgeable, and really made effort to find best storage fit (price-wise & size-wise) for her clients. She hasn't seen me for over a year & yet she recognized & greeted me like an longtime friend when I visited the office to rent another unit.

Max and Shanelka were absolutely amazing ! I worked with Shanelka over the phone for a few days deciding what best fit my needs . Upon arrival , Max took me through all the steps to finalize as well as toured me around the property and unit . It was quick , fast , and efficient . As a person who works in customer service they really worked as a team to provide the best services . Very happy with my choice , plus the unit was perfectly cleaned !
