“Our PC got hacked about a week ago, and within an hour of noticing a false charge to PayPal, we had our hard drive to these folks. It took them a few days to get us a new password, and scan the viruses. When we plugged it back in, our 2nd monitor wasn't working, so we took pictures of our hookup, and when they saw it was all correct, just called and "took over our screen", and got the 2nd monitor working (that the hackers had deleted).They didn't charge us anymore than we had already paid which was very reasonable.
