They have ripped me off. I gave them some of my mothers treasures and I have not received a dime back for anything. It is not a lot of money but I am considering legal action even if costs me money ....What a bunch of scammers.

Same situation as others. Items were sold many months ago and I've never seen a dime. I've reported them to the BBB and there has been no response. They have promised that a check will be sent on several occasions. They are now ignoring phone calls. Do yourself a favor and find someone reputable to deal with.

I had to sell some porcelain and silver I had passed down to me and did not know where to start. I called Elite because I pass by there showroom in Boca and liked the idea they had a store front. He auctioned Porcelin and paid me a fair price for the metal. I would use him again.
