I feel this service is very misleading. They need to notify people of the p/u times. I have dropped off a package for overnight shipping at 950am this morning & it still hasn't been picked up. I spoke with the FedEx person & they told me that that Walgreens gets picked up between 6-10pm tonight. I would have NEVER DROPPED IT OFF SO EARLY IF I KNEW. This package has an icepack in it & is very important for it to arrive to pathology. This is beyond upsetting to me.

FedEx and UPS to me are the same. And I love them both the same. Amazon doesn't even come close to comparison when it comes to delivery. With FedEx and UPS, I can get their step by step locations via text notifications. They actually understand delivery instructions and I miss seeing our everyday drivers smile on their faces when we gift the to show our appreciation on a special order and especially the holidays. Amazon drivers, at least the ones I encounter, don't even know their left from their right. Or they just don't care.
