“I needed a last minute bouquet of white roses and after multiple calls from different florists, this is the only one that tried to meet my needs. Even after I told them that I am going to pick up the flowers way past their closing time, they still allowed me to grab them. AND even after I wasn’t able to pick it up, they went out of their way to deliver the flowers to my home way past 9PM. I wasn’t able to catch the name of the woman who was helping me but she did an amazing job with such a last minute request and she has top tier customer service. “Before moving from Wellington FL, my husband discovered Heaven & Earth Floral in WPB where he ordered flowers for me on numerous occasions and had them sent to my office. They were always beautiful arrangements! Since moving to the Daytona Beach area, we had the need to have flowers sent to a dear, special former neighbor in Wellington who was celebrating a major milestone birthday. Luckily, we contacted Heaven & Earth Floral and placed an order for her over the phone. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner and it was exactly what I ordered--a green pothos plant in a lovely ceramic pot, with several fresh pink carnations, a mylar birthday balloon, and a sheer pink floral bow to complete the arrangement. The recipient was delighted. Because of our previous years of positive experiences, we are happy to report that this one turned out just as good. They are efficient, professional, and caring.
