Twice in the past month I have attempted to purchase a particular GNC brand bag of protein powder in vanilla, only to find it was not in stock. The very pleasant clerk said he has requested that more be ordered but so far that request has been to no avail.I don't know whether the problem exists at the managerial level at this store or at GNC in general as I do not know who determines what is stocked ar each location, but it doesn't matter to me, the customer. What matters is that I can't purchase what I want because it's never in stock! Yes, I can order it online but then I pay for shipping. This store is 5 minutes away from where I live. I don't believe in wasting money unnecessarily.Why is this not addressed? The only flavors I have seen stocked recently of this particular product are Cookies and Cream and Strawberry. I prefer to use Vanilla as the base for fruit and other add-ins.How about it, Royal Palm GNC?

I was at this GNC yesterday as I have been many times. (ROYAL PALM). Upon entering you could tell the employee was in a bad mood. I asked him where the Ghost products were as they had been moved. He gave me a dirty look like he was annoyed by having to answer a simple question and nastily said what? With that I saw it and proceeded to look for the size version with creatine monohydrate and told him nevermind I had found the Ghost products. As usual, due to the shortage, it was nowhere to be found. I mentioned that Covid sucks.....he quickly and nastily told me its not Covid its just a 6 month shortage. I asked why and he agrily said that's just the way it is. I had already done my research and it is Covid that is disrupting the supply chain, causing such a shortage. There are many reasons but they all lead back to Covid. Nevertheless I a Marine and deserve to be retreated with respect like every other customer, regardless of an employee's ignorance. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and got what I was looking for. I will be shopping there from now on. Its worth going out of my way for better customer service, more stock, and better prices. When I told the woman at Vitamin Shoppe she politely told me there is a shortage due to Covid and to go online and have it shipped.....Thank you Vitamin Shoppe,and goodbye to 34 years at GNC. I should have left a long time ago!!!!! Like 34 years ago.....

Mike , manager ordered me a product on line and charged my credit card for this item, however after 2 weeks the item never arrived to my house. I called Mike and he said call GNC customer service which I did. They said they made a mistake in the order and would refund my monies. I have waited over 3 weeks and still no refund. I call Mike for help and he said he could not help me. This is after he told me to call him back and he would personally help me with this matter. He is not a man of his word and just took my money. It was horrible. I couldn't find anything I was looking for. Also the Echinea with Goldenseal combination they now only have the small bottle, which brings 50 capsules. And they are charging $15.00 for this. It's a rip off. I saw on Amazon the big bottle of 250 capsules for $15.00
