This store is great and SERENITY the employee there was amazing!!!! She was funny and so helpful. Even took the time to explain things to me so i could get the best deal. I came in for just one shirt under $15... i spent over $70. And i felt like a received such a great deal!!!! I will DEFINITELY come back to that store to shop

Hello everyone! Yesterday, my wife and I went shopping at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Store number 748. As we entered the store we were immediately greeted by two different employees who asked us if we needed help. One young lady directed us to the back of the store where my wife and I were there to purchase new sneakers. There, we met a lady named Lulu. She approached us and asked us if she could help. She first started out with me, and I have to tell you she was kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She walked me through several different types of sneakers,that would best suit my needs. She took extraordinary care to measure my feet to ensure a perfect fit. I was extremely happy with the sneakers she chose, and she was extremely gracious and proficient at her job.
We then moved on to purchasing some sneakers for my wife. Lulu also took on this responsibility. As our transaction was moving forward, we both noticed that it’s rare these days to find employees with such kindness, professionalism, and caring for their customers. She measured my wife’s feet as well, and then helped her pick out the perfect pair of sneakers that would serve her needs. My wife and I were having a discussion about compression sleeves for her legs. Lulu overheard us speaking and prior to us leaving the sneaker section. Lulu said, “ Do you need compression sleeves for your legs?” We were both extremely impressed that Lulu had remembered that, and asked if we needed help. She proceeded to walk us through the entire store to the compression sleeve area, where she proceeded to pick out the right size for my wife and waited for her to try them on to make sure they were a perfect fit. This went above and beyond the call of duty. Lulu has knowledge of the entire store, not just the sneaker section.
As we went to check out, we met the cashier named Brian. He offered us the credit card of Dick’s which gave us an immediate $30.00 credit off our purchases. He also was kind, professional, and courteous. He served us with a smile and was very patient as we took some time to complete our transaction.
We want the management staff at Dick’s to know they have two phenomenal employees working for them. If we could give more than a five star rating to both of them we would. They certainly deserve it!! A++++ service! Thank you, Lulu and Brian!
