It appears that they have an automated service giving apologies for the poor service here I called the number they provided was on the phone for two hours, and they hung up on me. Next step is small claims court. I have no other alternative.

1- Beware of the hidden “shop supplies” fee that they don’t tell you about up front. They don’t even let you see the itemized receipt until after you’re done paying! It’s a miscellaneous charge that they admit is for profit. Why don’t they just add it to the price? Answer: because they hide it so the price appears lower than it really is.2- My decision to have the alignment done was based upon a large negative value for camber that they “discovered” during the free alignment check. I discussed this with the cashier and he agreed it should be taken care of with an alignment. Then, after the alignment, when I looked at the before and after alignment (he wouldn’t let me see this paper until I paid!) the same negative value appeared for camber. I was then told that camber could not be adjusted on my car.These are deceptive business practices.

I’ve been coming here for years. As a single woman I’m very wary of mechanic shops but they’ve never done me wrong. The staff is always friendly. I’ve recently moved out of the area but still travel 30 minutes to come here because they’re the only ones I trust. People are complaining in these reviews about them being busy on Saturdays but don’t realize they’re the only ones in the area fully booked AND taking walk ins because so many people trust them. Whenever I come I do fully expect to wait and adjust my schedule accordingly. It’s worth it.

Called the day before, they said bring it in at 7:30 am. Part wasn't ordered. I had to leave and come back a few hrs later. Go kill 2 hrs they said. Over 4 hrs later I'm still sitting here. Just unorganized, unconcerned, customer service is not their priority. Neither is communication. **update, the front desk had more excuses than I've ever heard. We had spoken the day before, had a plan, the plan was not executed on their end. And there was zero accountability. We thought we could establish a working relationship but we will not be back.

You should honor appointments made on your website, as I drove over a half hour for your representative to tell me "online reservations don't count".

Last night, a Goodyear vehicle pulled in front of me within a blink of an eye. Keep in mind I was driving a BIG TRUCK which I normally don't drive and I am a very responsible driver with a FANTASTIC driving record. We all know 5:00 PM traffic is brutal... and that people should be a little more careful with their driving at this time. But my life flashed before my eyes and my heart was bounding. I am very disappointed in whoever the driver is. If he was just a little more patient this anxiousness could've been avoided. This could've been REALLY BAD! learning lesson for me.... And hopefully him. I hope the owner sees this.

This place is ridiculous. Don’t go there unless you want to sit down and watch five guys change one tire while your truck is still waiting in the Lyft to get a oil change and nobody touching it for over 30 minutes. This is absurd. It’s Saturday people got things to do in places to go.

Highly recommend! Alex is so sweet. I was stranded on the road with two flats and pulled up right before closing and they were so helpful. Thank you Goodyear RPB glad to have a reputable tire shop around the corner from the house.

Again Galen the service mgr. hit it out of the park with his superior customer service as he helped my wife with her 2016 LandRover with the front brakes. He is very professional and he keeps you informed of all the work that is done on our cars. Today I brought my 2020 Kia Sorento for oil change. Your business has my business. All the staff including the general mgr is phenomenal. I definitely recommend this business for your repair needs. Thank you so much.

Terrible service, the maintenance service is a disaster, the customer service is very bad, you pay for a service and when you pick up your car you can see that the complete agreed work was not done, I think that Goodyear needs good specialists in the Royal Palm store.

Came for a nail patch. Waited over an hour for the mechanic to tell me because I used fix a flat, it was against policy to fix it.When I suggested they ask that when customers walk in, they argued with me that it wasn't their responsibility! Talk about BAD customer service!Don't waste your time and go elsewhere!

Scheduled an appointment online for an oil change for my 2020 Ram 3500 dually, when I showed up to my appointment I was told that they couldn't do an oil change because according to an employee the truck was too heavy to lift. According to them a ram 3500 weights 14,000 lbs and due to this they refused to do my oil change after waiting about 45 minutes to be helped, in the mean time they were doing an oil change on a 2500 with multiple tool boxes on bed, iron front and back bumper so I'm not sure how that passed "their weight test". If this location is unable to do an oil change on a dually then this option should be removed from their website in order to avoid having customers waste their time!
