This is location should be avoided.I was given a rental car due an insurance claim. Evans keep asking would you like a fancy car. I asked for a Nissan Maxima, Altima or Toyota Camry. Per Evans he only had a BMW available. I took the BMW...I drove the car home on Friday and parked it in my garage. I did not go out until Monday. When I opened my garage there was a line of oil and a puddle...I called this location to explain the issue with the BMW and was told to go to another location. I asked if they could make an arrangement for me. They couldn't, I could do it myself. Awful customer service. I called State Farm, State Farm called Hertz. Evans instructed State Farm to have me call roadside assistance as they could not help me. This took over three hours of my day...This information could have been provided by Hertz when I called this location the first time.Totally disappointed.

Very friendly. Anthony is awesome but .the car I rented was awful had a problem with the brakes, shook all the time like it was struggling just to go, the radio worked when you turn the car on and breaks no sound 2 mins after . All this issues don’t show up when you drive it in the parking lot but when you get on the highway, the others locations didn’t have an option to exchange the car because of the drop off location was different . Awful drive . That car should not be available for rent. All I got was a $25 discount voucher for next rental. No thank you! ????

Booked car through AAA at 4A.M. Got there at 10A.M., 40 miles away from home dropped off, and they couldn’t rent car because we were using a debit card same day as booking, had it been booked 3 hours and 7 minutes earlier that would have been OK. Jim B. Smiled sarcastically at my 79 year old grandfather and myself and waved as we walked out. No amount of money could get us the car without a credit card from the person who booked the rental and would not allow us to change person under reservation or make new one with cars available, so we could use CC under my Grandfather’s name. I couldn’t ask the tow truck driver to take me home to get my credit card because I only use my Visa Debit card, that’s what I had and it was good enough when making reservation. When reservations were made ALL info was known and he said he would talk to person who accepted it. It was ok until we got there. No amount of money could get us a car. I don’t get the one day before reservation to use debit card policy, 7 hours wasn’t enough time…

Steve has been great to work with regarding my summer rental needs. This has been the most efficient and seamless Hertz experience I have had. I will continue to only rent from this location going forward.

Steve is fantastic. How thoughtful and kind. Helped me get into a rental car after an auto accident when Enterprise couldn't acommodate me for at least one week. Didn't have a way to pick up the rental car so he sent someone to pick me up. I hope that Hertz recognizes the gem that they have in Steve.

Steve is the bomb ? !! I had an amazing experience with Steve he went above and beyond to help me with my rental and made it easy to submit receipts to my car insurance company ?? Very courteous and professional ??

DRIVING BLINDLYI hardly ever post, especially something negative…Hertz is NOT a company I want to use going forward…We rented a vehicle from them yesterday morning at 9am at their Royal Palm Beach Location. We used the vehicle later that evening to head of town. We did not realize that the driver’s side headlight was out. Mind you… we endured a 8 hour drive way past midnight. Thankfully we got to our destination.In the meantime, as ANY one would, you call the customer service line for guidance and advice etc. The lady assisting us did try to help, it being after hours we understood that the chances of the solution were going to be slim to none. She advised us to call in the morning as the location nearest to us was closed for the day.Called in the morning to hopefully reslove the issue… the nearest location (a good 45 mins away) can’t assist us as it’s a licensed owned rental shop (meaning that vehicle can’t be drive across state lines) which would not work to get back home X days later. The next nearest location is over 2 hours away…If you look at the gas prices… how is driving 2 hours out of your way to fix something that was not mine to begin with. After speaking to various different individuals without any credible solutions… I decided let me call the actual location I rented it from.I call the #Hertz at the Royal Palm Beach, FLThe conversation goes as follows:Hertz employee answers, I explain the situation once again. (I’m a tad bit upset and over it at this point)I am told call the customer service number (Road side assistance) *Same number I have already tried 3 times with no solutions... I am still expected to drive to their nearest location over 2 hours away. I am told that they are my best bet. He further investigates… to then tell me… oh no, since you declined protection for the vehicle, you have to go through your insurance…He continued on to explain that they do an inspection prior to turning the vehicle over to the client etc.He then basically states that it’s on us.I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!! Please explain, please someone give me strength!Anyways, I ask if I can kindly speak to a manager or supervisor… he goes on to give an 800 number.Please please please… I am trying to stay calm. Anyways, I kindly ask. Please give me a direct line, name of the manager at the branch location.He then says I will have someone call you back (which I asked within the next 27 mins? Since you close at 5pm today)It’s 5 mins til, and nothing.Please share, make it go viral at this point, give advice… or maybe HERTZ will see this and call me back to help me resolve the issue?I don’t have a vehicle I can drive for the next 4 days anytime past sundown (under safe conditions)

I travel a lot for work and rent from this location quite often. The staff has always taken good care of me and done their best to get me on the road quick. I’m thankful for these guys giving me one less thing to worry about when I booking travel for work. They are dependable, friendly and easy to work with.The office is always clean, they will bring the car to the door for you if needed, I’ve even left some items in a vehicle upon return and they were quick to get them back to me. Fantastic service every time! Thanks for all you guys do, keep up the good work!

Pleased customer, after I started the reason I needed a rental my expected total price was much lower due to my car being in the shop. I recommend this location the customer services were amazing also a variety of vehicles to choose from.

After using other rental companies that had no cars available when I went to pick up my reservations, my experience here with Hertz was perfect service every step of the process and I felt so happy and assured that I was finally dealing with a professional well run business.It's definitely my go to rental agency for my needs in the future!

Please do rent from this location they rent vehicles with expired tag and that cause us to get pulled over by the police in another state.
