“I was looking for new auto insurance and was contacted by Ernesto Valladares. I was previously with Progressive and their quote was much higher than State Farm. I never had the personal contact from Progressive, as I had with Ernesto and State Farm. Every time I contacted Progressive, I spoke to a different agent. Since I was enrolled in auto payment, if I hadn't contacted them, they would have renewed my policy at a much higher rate without contacting me. Ernesto, was very knowledgeable, personable, kind and had patience to discuss a new policy. I can't say enough about the professional way Ernesto helped me make a decision and to go with State Farm.”

I am ashamed to say that I don’t remember everyone by name but will recommend to you the exceptional service that I receive from Tyson Pitts, Aaron Ploshnik, and Zach Malloy. Indeed, Mr. Malloy’s professional, thorough, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous demeanor with my mother and me is what originally drove me to Allstate so many years ago.
Even though I often receive offers from other companies to take a look, receive lower rates, I can’t imagine changing companies. I mean - insurance only becomes necessary and truly meaningful in a moment of personal crisis. I should say that the Malloy team is powered by more than the three individuals I’ve mentioned by name. They too are very important to the whole- making sure all contacts and the office in general run smoothly, pleasantly, and with efficiency … all without losing that personal touch.
This office is testimony to fairness and decency and community - which likely, in turn, is testimony to the fine corporate culture of Allstate.
