There's never a convenient time to have auto problems but on a family vacation with 4 kids the night before beginning a 10 hour drive home is definitely inconvenient. That was my and my family's situation recently. As a AAA member, I was directed to J & H Automotive and I am SO thankful I was. Jim welcomed me the first morning they were open after our problems started. He asked good questions, offered encouraging words, and got back with me within 2 hour with a diagnosis and plan to get me back on the road asap. Rachel called at the end of the work day to say the van would be ready the next morning for me to come pick up. 24 hours after dropping it off, I came back to J&H to pick up my van and head back home. I can't say enough good about the work, the price, the courteous nature of their service, and the result. 10 and a half hours after leaving J&H, I arrived home safe and sound. Thank you J&H. I and my family appreciate you and your service very, very much.

A crook had car towed in, told me almost $900 and 3 days to fix. He thinks women are stupid or just people in general explained how hard it was to repair had it towed out; had it fixed in less than a day for 1/4 the cost

I rely on J&H Automotive for all my Volvo maintenance. I was referred by AAA for insurance purposes several years ago and I've been a truly satisfied client ever since. The service is prompt and friendly and the cost is below the dealership quote by significant amounts. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Get a second opinion before you use this mechanic... They quoted me $1400 for an entirely new intake manifold when all that was needed was a $60 actuator.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My second time having my truck serviced here. Second time because I was so happy with the quality of the work and customer service they afforded me the first time! We don’t hope for repairs but I highly recommend J&H if you are in need.
