All around a great place to get quality and honest service. Locally owned and operated for decades and the old school mechanic is helpful on so many levels. I always feel like JJJ goes above and beyond to fix our cars. Highly recommended!

I paid 250 up front for repairs that were never completed. Also claimed the issue was the turbo and requested an additional $1,000. After retrieving the vehicle and taking it to a certified dealership, they confirmed that your diagnosis was false and the turbo is not the problem.
This situation is unacceptable. You misrepresented the issue, failed to perform any work, and attempted to charge for unnecessary repairs. After further research on the mechanic he as not even licensed. we requested a full refund of the $250 and they never responded. I reported this incident to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the local police department, the Better Business Bureau, and consider filing a small claims case. please do not take your car to this place and save yourself the bs.

Sometimes you read some of the reviews and you go hmm is that even real. Well in this case it is, I called this shop on the phone and spoke to John the owner. I showed up to the shop to proceed with the work he quoted me on the phone of $875. Once I was there hey guess what it going to be $1,200. I asked him why the price hike. He said that he didn’t raise the price, I mentioned our conversation and he said he didn’t speak to me. Well dang guess the ghost answering your phone is bait switching on your customers. Told him I didn’t need the work done that bad and left.

I went into this place because I had a check engine light and a problem with my exhaust. I asked them to turn off the check engine, light and fix the problem, they ended up almost charging me $800 and I still have a check engine light, do not ever go to this place. This place sucks. When I had confronted one of the owners, he proceeded to argue with me, and tried saying, I never asked for the light to be off just for the problem to be fixed.

The best shop I've been to. Extremely friendly. Our car had a misfire for almost 3 years. Broke down just in front of this shop for an unrelated issue.Less than a week later, the car was repaired.Thank you!
