Absolutely wonderful organization, with a real mission, and ambition to achieve as much as they can. They are there through all stages of your pets life. I would recommend them to anyone and fully support them. I am going to be a more active supporter in the future

I adopted my dog on December 27 2022, I went back to take my pet for his annual shots. When I called, I expressed that I had Pet Insurance and at no point was I told I would have to pay for the visit upfront because insurance was not accepted. I only found this out after service was rendered and I was not prepared to pay becuase I grabbed the dog and not my wallet when leaving my home. I not impressed with the visit because they were not enpathetic or sympathetic to my pet. Iasked for his nails to be clipped, she told me to have him walk on concrete instead of clipping them. I told her the dog had Anxietysince I got him and no suggestions were made to assist or guide me on what I could do to help him. When I realized I did not have my wallet, I told them I needed to step outside (full lobby) and get funds moved on my card digital wallet to take care of the visit expense. They treated me as though I was running off with stolen goods. The office manager came outside demanding my credit card for her to hold it. Ma'am you have all my information, my address, picture of my home everthing! The car was parked in the first parking spot next to the door. Why was this necessary? I adopted a pet from you! Allow me 10 minutes to rectify a situation that you created due to failure to communicate. This was not warranted as it was embarrassing and disrespectful. End result, I would never do business with them again. The picture of the dog I adopted was not the dog I got but I adopted anyway because the Pet needed a home. I hope you provide better service to the community.

We adopted our dog, Lily from this organization 4 years ago. We just adopted a kitten from here this month. Both experiences were great. The people are very pleasant to work with and love animals. I highly recommend adopting or fostering from Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue!

We recently brought home our forever fur baby from Justin Bartlett. They cared so much about finding him a good home and we are so happy with how well his adoption was handled. I would recommend this rescue 1000 times over

I want to thank Justin Bartlett. I took my cat there when he was a kitten and had heard from a friend they were good, this was in 2016. There, he was given his first set of shots, never thought that when they did that, they just wrote my baby's death sentenceMoving forward, he is now seven years old and has injection sarcoma. He has had two surgeries, but to no avail, they didn't work. I am now looking into possible radiation treatment for him. He is very healthy, but this will more than likely take him from me.I will never take another animal to get shots, here I thought I was helping him, and it was the total opposite. No I kept up with his shots, just didn’t return back to Justin Bartlett’s.IDo know if is very rare, unfortunately my baby has become a victim of it!!!

This is my second rescue from Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue. I still have my first one Sierra she is now almost 12 years old and I rescued Sailor last Friday she is 2 1/2 months old. I can not say enough wonderful things about this rescue and the amazing people who work and volunteer at this rescue. Don first answered my call and was so helpful. Sue made the adoption process easy and has followed up with me since the adoption. Santa ? came early this year! Thank you so much for these beautiful pups. Have a blessed and beautiful Christmas ???❤️???
