I go here often for titers and drug screens as Im a travel health professional and have to do tjis for every assignment. I go early and the staff is efficient and always friendly and professional. I have never had an issue. After dealing with other places I now ask my company to send me here so I can get in and out. Thank yall

I had the pleasure of having LaNence (sorry if it’s missed spelled) do my drug screening. She was pleasant, welcoming & fast!! Customer service definitely shows at this location, and it’s very clean. I love how she cleaned after each and every patient, I am always at Labcorp for drug screenings and I don’t see them do this anymore but one other location in Delray! Very sanitary. Thank you!

I had an appointment July 24th for routine lab work , it took me 7 mins to locate this facility at a lower level. Not pretty clear on directions but anyways the nurse was a very nice lady who did the blood work the visit was fast and office was clean however a simple blood work resulted in irritated skin from when she draw the blood and the way she took the needle out my arm it really hurts and still does today. Idk if I'll be returning back to this facility. I really and truly felt that 😔 and not to mention it left a small cut..

Best experience here. I made an appointment. Very little wait. The professional that took me back was friendly, smiling and conversational. I have had problems having blood drawn in the past. Before I could even mention it, she had my blood sample and it was seamless and painless. I only wish I had asked for her name so I could give her a shout out!

When you check in on the screen you are given an estimated time of your wait abd offered the option of staying or coming back. I elected to leave and was shown a time of 9:45 a. m. As my time to come back. I checked my phone when i got home and was shown 10. I arrived back at 9:50 and checked in to be shown a 10:30 time. Is is now after 10:30 and i am waiting with several people ahead of me. This seems to be a poorly run place with little regard for the time of the people coming in. The people that work here appear to be kind. Plenty of parking and convenient location. If you have to come here bring a good book and lots of patience!!

Every time I come to LabCorp, I always have a great experience mostly thanks to Maria. She’s always so kind, helpful, and professional. No matter how busy it gets, she handles the front and back with so much patience and care. She’s super organized and always makes you feel welcome and respected.
Today I met Manuel for the first time, and he was amazing. I was really nervous because I had 45 different blood tests ordered, so they had to take a lot of blood. But he was so gentle and calm I didn’t even feel a thing. He made the whole process so easy.

Lenise was amazing. I’m terrified of needles and usually get a butterfly for that reason, but because I had to have a good amount of blood drawn I trusted her with a regular needle. She was so gentle I didn’t even feel it. Thank you lenise

I had blood work done on Thursday. Noticed the lab was clean and well kept, the ladies Norbie and Toni were friendly, polite and professional. They were attentive and gentle something well appreciated when getting your blood drawn.

Exceptional Service at LabCorp Royal Palm Beach – Maria & Manny Deserve a Raise!
I had the pleasure of visiting LabCorp in Royal Palm Beach, and despite a packed waiting room, I was in and out in less than an hour—a testament to the incredible efficiency of Maria and Manny.
Maria, who runs the front desk, is a multitasking superstar. She handles everything with a smile, ensuring that every patient is checked in smoothly while also managing other responsibilities. She truly double dips in the best way possible, keeping things moving effortlessly.
Manny, covering the location and traveling as needed, brought a level of professionalism and kindness that made the entire process stress-free. Even under pressure, he remained courteous and attentive.
LabCorp is lucky to have these two. If there’s any way to give them a raise, a promotion, or even ownership, they’ve more than earned it!
