I bought a Leathercraft recliner from Rick about two years ago expecting the lifetime quality as advertised and a stand behind dealer/ manufacturer. Unfortunately, my chair is quickly becoming unsuitable for use in a living area because of unsightly leather failure. The back cushion now has a large area where the colored "paint" or dye layer is peeling away. The underside of the seat cushion is also worn through to the inner wrapping. Rick went out of his way to be accommodating during the buying and delivery process so I was surprised at the "canned" response from him and from Leathercraft through him when I raised this quality concern. Essentially it is my fault because I use the wrong shampoo or body lotions. Every unsuitable proposed "fix" was at my cost including a partial chair cover if you can believe it. From my perspective, I paid for lifetime quality and received something less....or maybe a lifetime is less than two years in some places.

Rick is extremely helpful in assisting with options. Our wonderful Appletini leather couch was recently delivered. It is beautiful and perfect. The delivery team was easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

I planned to purchase the couch locally, but the markup was significant, so I ordered the same couch over the phone with Leather Furniture USA. I got help choosing the color of the legs to complement the leather, and the shipping department was kind and flexible with my need to delay the shipping date. The drivers who delivered the couch were polite and helpful. So refreshing to receive superb service from real human beings! Thanks!
