This experience is the top 3 worst experiences I've ever experienced in my life. So I purchased cabinets from lowes online and they said it would get delivered two weeks from that date (be delivered on 12/11). On 12/10 i reached out to lowes because I received know communication from them about the materials. Customer service had no idea where my materials were and that I needed to call back tomorrow to speak to someone else that could assist me. I called the next day and the employee finally figured out that they were using a third party (SEKO Logistics) and that I would have to call them and figure out when the delivery date was. So days are going by and Im calling SEKO/ Lowes and either party can give my any info about a delivery date. 12/21 SEKO (calling them 5-12 times a day) finally answers and is telling me that its getting delivered that day and that the drivers will call me an hour out. No Call and the materials sat in my clients delivery way in the rain and night and now I'm dealing with the consequences... Please don't put yourself through what I experience ESPECIALLY if your a contractor. Thanks for the top 3 worst experience Lowes/ SEKO. John C

It's so sad when you are forced to self check out. What is the world coming to? Why have people working here? You make it so that you have to check yourself out!!!! Being disabled this is hard for me to do and I know I speak for a lot of people. The lanes open are the very last ones which are so far away. Ridiculous.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. My parents bought a brand new washer dryer set for over $2000 that were used for less than 3 weeks from this store. Specifically the GE UltraFresh Vent System 4.8-cu ft Stackable Smart Front-Load Washer and dryer. In less than 3 weeks of use the computer system of the washer is fried and faulty. We even had the GE "repair" guy come out because we were required too and he was rude and had no idea what he was doing. He said the required parts ie the entire computer system has to be replaced on a brand new machine that will take weeks to come in. I have spoken to all of the store managers and they can not do anything to repair the situation because I am a few days outside of the 30 day return period. They haven't even been out of the box for a month because we are renovating our house. Their policy is absurd and at this point I don't want a random part to fix it because the fact that it went after having used it for less than a month is a bad sign. ALSO the return policy is absurd especially since I used my LOWES credit card to purchase it! To no fault of her own she tried- the appliance manager said she couldn't do anything because of store policy. Don't even get me started. It is the worst store I have ever dealt with- they will not do anything to help us and my parents spent all of this money and they refused to remedy the situation and take these machines back. How is it you can buy and test a mattress for 3 months and return if not satisfied but yet you can't return a faulty machine is beyond me. Stay clear from the brand GE and the Lowes store company overall as a whole. After this experience we will never do business with them again. Any home improvement project, appliance, any products we will be going elsewhereThis store and company does not stand by the products they sell and does not care about their customers whatsoever.

This place has taken away all their cashiers. You have to check yourself out. I don't work here. I'll never come back to this store. Has nothing but problems with 3 different credit cards just to get a hose. Worst Lowe's in Florida

Purchased my door here for install. WARNING: do not go through with it. It's been over a year and my door installed by Lowe's contractor Farrow construction is still failing due to improper installation and bad customer service. This caused so many headaches for me when it came time to sell my home. My inspector said they were missing paper work and took their sweet time. It's been an awful experience!!!

Terrible customer service. Went in to get carpet, they refused to do their jobs. I was speaking with Jeff who really didn't care to help us he was there only to objectify my body. When he couldn't find the carpet I asked for, he asked a fellow associate older for help. He then responded to Jeff "it's in the back it'll take an hour and thirty minutes" they then gave each other a look. Jeff then says to me "you won't be able to get it today" I found that hilarious. Do better.

We always shop at Lowe's because they honor Veterans by dedicating parking spaces and offering a small discount. Today's excursion contained a mishap, that is the reason for the one star. While tracking down product on the Lowe's app, we were directed down aisle 20 to bay 21. En route, my wife unknowingly stepped in a large pile of spilled concrete spread on the grey floor. Thirty feet away an employee was stacking concrete bags onto a pallet. My wife showed the employee where the spill was and the resulting debris on her foot and designer shoes. The employee stated, "Someone will get to it." We proceeded to the Service desk and asked someone to page a Manager so we could report the spill incident. After about five minutes an Assistant Store Manager, ASM Laura, arrived and we informed her of the spill and showed her my wife's foot and shoe. She took down our contact information and asked me to email the picture. She asked for proof of the cost of the designer shoes to be sent to her email before any remedy could be offered. BUYER BEWARE !!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would. Paid for a refrigerator and removal of old one they came unloaded the new PAID FOR REFRIGERATOR said they couldn't Uninstall the old one re loaded the one that was PAID for and left now having us wait for a refund and we have NO refrigerator and hundreds of dollars I lost food. Shop anywhere but here every!!! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

I gotta say,my experience has been bad at Lowe's,I bought 5 items,over $1500 in my order,everything I ordered was online because in store the items were out of stock or damaged,the day after I ordered my items 4 out of 5 items were ready for pick up next day,the only thing that was taking a little longer was the glass sliding shower door,but I decided to wait for all the items to be ready for pick up and then in only one trip I was going to bring them home,well,4 out of the 5 items were damaged or were the wrong thing,for example the shower base I ordered had a right side drain,the one they gave me was left side,the bathroom vanity was all damaged and looked like the exact one from the store I saw the day I went in person and it was damaged,the bathroom mirror(medicine cabinet) was all glass,and the glass was all pieces,the bathroom exhaust fan I paid for a nice one low noise,kinda expensive but I was ok with it because I want it LOW NOISE and I understand that those are more pricey,well that fan was used,the only positive thing that happens to me was that the personal in costumer service was nice and understanding,they knew that that was unacceptable after me being at the store just minutes ago after returning with all those mistakes made by I don't know who,because all that happened was avoidable,the mirror was clearly broken the vanity to,the shower base with the wrong side drain,god,how incompetent you have to be,tomorrow I'll be returning the shower base because like most people I have a schedule in my day and my time has to be managed to maximize free time,I hope people pay more attention in Lowe's because it looks like I'm not the only one upset about the fact that this place is a disaster run by lazy people.

After having had bad luck finding an electric shopping cart at their competitor across the street I decided to give Lowe's a try while shopping for a gas can. I looked for an electric shopping cart upon entering the store. None were in sight at the entrance, but people were certainly lined up returning products. I could never get anyone's assistance so I left. Lowe's never disappoints me with their poor customer service

Attempted to make an "Honest" Return today; - "Return Staff" - Led by "Nasty Brenda" truly proved to be obnoxious and borderline abusive. If someone from management is reading this - please take some actions - as this "Poor Attitude" is outright contagious and affecting literally everyone of your employees. Attempted to get a price check; The "Pro" in the Design Area surrendered immediately and said she couldn't help me; Not surprised. I asked a passing employee for a "Price Check" her reply, "On what . . . . . . . ?" - Folks in the pain section were socializing and truly seemed as if I was bothering them when I inquired about the location of wood filler and furniture repair products. Impresssion: - Avoid! - Go down the street to Home Depot; Staff is way more professional and helpful. Likely - If I can, will not return to this location - unless I am in dire need. Grade: F / 0 - Zero Stars; - I walked out literally offended. PS - Parking Lot appears like a War Zone with Flashing Sirens/Lights and scary announcements. Awful!

Bought a Samsung refrigerator. Delivery was scheduled today. The men came and clearly were not in the mood to work. As soon as I opened the door they told me the refrigerator would not fit through the door . Mind you we purchased the house in 2011 and had a larger refrigerator delivered by another company without any problems. They then left the fridge in my driveway other than placing it in my garage in the box which is on the complete opposite sited of my house than the kitchen. They didn't even want to explore any other solutions. I called my local Lowes ( I purchased it in this very store) and the women couldn't even find my order . After 20 minutes of her not finding my order I told her I would drive to the store. The manager at the store told me the fridge was now my responsibility from the elements since it was delivered and would get back in touch with me , so I left. Meanwhile my husband and I moved the fridge into our house . Only issue is how heavy it was and we didn't have any straps. I get a call twice from delivery men saying they were going to pick it up. Twice I had to tell them that to cancel it. Never even received a call from the manager . Now I am paying someone to connect everything and finish putting it together. This is Lowes free delivery. Please buyer beware!!

I love this store. You can always find somebody to help you with excellent customer service. It's clean and you never have to wait long for a cashier.
