I gave this location a three star because it’s always dirty . Before you even walk inside , it is piles of trash in the garbage , trash on the floor and even where you get a cart from it’s always dirty . The outside of the store smells like pee and inside the smell isn’t pleasant . This falls on management. No one is taking the time to make sure the store stays up to par . Things are always thrown everywhere including clothes always on the floor which people buy . I understand this is a central location and the volume of people is always high but there is no reason management hasn’t made the effort to keep shopping areas clean . They may want to hire a cleaning person since the employees spend all day checking people out ! Ps - the carpet in the front of the store needs a good shampooing or should be removed . The carpet smells awful !

The place to go for clothing, shoes, household items and much more. I went to Marshall/Home Goods for the first time and was there for about 5 hrs. Unbelievable?! I couldn’t leave. Eventually I left with a cart full of household supplies. Two days later I was there again. If I could afford it I would definitely purchase more items. A lovely place to shop.

Manager is incompetent, argumentative and unable to listen without talking over the customer. What could have been a very small fix turned to a 10 minute ordeal without resolution. She could have easily helped solve the situation, but instead chose to be combative over $1. Yes, $1. Even the cashier looked at me and said “I see what you’re saying.” He had more brains than the manager to see the situation clearly.

Employees not the friendliest on the floor. It’s enough to have to deal with rude people who shop here daily and whole nother to have to deal with rude employees, including the manager.
Went to check out, asked about discounting an item that clearly wasn’t discounted enough considering it was missing a main component. It was only marked down $1.49 while missing the charger. To buy a charger for this thing would cost more than $1.49. The manager, Mark, I believe his name was, was completely rude about me even asking . Mind you I asked in a very politely put question. He wouldn’t even make eye contact me and said nope, That’s the price too bad. Total jerk. Maybe he needs to learn how to deal with customers a little better. I wouldn’t even bother writing this review, however I felt compelled after being taken aback with his attitude for absolutely no reason.

Hire more people please. There’s zero reason to inconvenience people with a line around the store. The manager is wandering around laughing and joking with employees… get on a register ma’am.

The store is always located together with Marshall. Very nice home furnishings store. Kitchen, dining room, living room, garden, bedroom. Mugs, glasses, dishes, blankets, carpets, frames, flowerpots. Nice design, good quality and good prices too, you can go into a shopping frenzy.

Only 3 or 4 register open with a line that never end. I asked to open more register and the manager said they had noone available. This store is always super busy and they do not hire enough people to help us costumers. Meanwhile you can be in line to pay for over 1hr. Maybe they should hire grown up ls instead of teenagers

Great place to shop if you like waiting in line for 25-45 minutes. Always such a long line to check out. Poor customer experience.

Horrible shopping experience..the lines are always ridiculously LONG (40mins+)...it does not matter when you come the cashiers move at a snails pace.

Waiting line for cashier is always terrible. Always at least 20 min, same during evening, week days and weekends!!!
