I took my 7 y/o great granddaughter to get checked out for a facial skin rash. Her young mother accompanied us of course. I wanted to be present in the examination room to hear first-hand what the good doctor (Dr David Roman) had to say, and to ask questions as needed. However, the elderly woman who called my baby girl in, was very abrupt, unpleasant, obviously impatient and uncaring, as she told me that I could not enter the exam room because space was limited. While she was telling me this, which I believe was not true, she created a bit of tension that was totally uncalled for and totally lacking empathy. She exhibited the personality of an old rusting nail! The look on my great granddaughter's face was heartbreaking.I doubt the heartless person have told ALL families that only one parent could be with a 7 y/o in an exam room, and tell them with such coldness and emotional detachment. Further, the mom texted me to say that the room was not small and that there was even an extra chair.That visit yesterday was the 2nd from members of my family in the past week. In each case, I was told that Dr Ramon was great, hence the reason I gave 2 stars although HE should be rated much higher.My family and I will not be in a hurry to return to this facility which we have been using for years under the prior administration.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been great. I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. Today I was assisted by Ric at the front desk who not only helped me check in quickly, but also offered assistance with my injury by noticing that I needed help. Nurse Eve was a huge help from the moment Ric notified her of my injury. She provided thorough care throughout my visit and was extremely friendly, as was Ric. I saw Dr. B who was quick to identify my needs and provide treatment. As with the other staff, Dr. B was friendly and thorough. At no point did I feel lost or unsure about what was happening. From start to finish I was provided excellent care and left feeling satisfied. Thank you for helping me with what was not exactly a fun situation!

For many years, this urgent care clinic has been my go-to anytime I have needed medical care. The doctors, nurses and staff who work here are top-notch, have great listening skills and compassion when treating me. The facility is impeccably clean and the wait times are reasonable. A+ for every mark you could give to an urgent care clinic as a grade. Thank you!

I used to like them before they changed ownership and got a new doctor. He was Arrogant and condescending and didnt want to help me. He would interrupt me when I tried to explain my problems. I also had to wait 3 hours to be seen.NEVER AGAIN!He told me I didn't need medicine.I have bronchitis/allergies every spring and I can't breathe because I cough so hard. Very congested. Cant sleep etc. . He didnt even examine me when I was in the office. 2 weeks later still sick, another doctor gave me prednisone and Tessalon Perles and now I can finally sleep.
