“Felipe was great. Got myself a nice 18k ring because he was able to help me do it. I’ve been coming here for years and his customer service and attentiveness was outstanding, very professional and I think he was the manager; and if not, he should be. Thank you 🙏”
“Karren helped me find one of the coolest lions head ring i had ever seen. I just had to buy it up. I went in looking for a gift for my son's graduation and left with one for him and one for me. Kerren and Josh found this killer John Hardy bracelet that I gave to my son and he was very happy with it. I love going to this shop because its always a great experience even when I don't find something to buy, the staff there makes me feel like I am one of them ( family ). The name of the shop reflects the staff there. Big shout out the Jihad he is the man behind the scenes , making everything happening and making sure the staff are doing their part. I watch other customers come in and he greets them like family , give them hugs or big daps. His presence really bring back customers. I have to admit sometimes I go there just to feel good when I am around all of them. Let's go LA Familia !”
“Ivan took great care of me. I came in expecting around $50-$75 for my iPad with minor scuffs, but Ivan surprised me with 200! Thanks to him, I was able to handle what I needed confidently, knowing my device was in good hands. 🙏 I’ll definitely be back to pick up my items and bring in more things to see if Ivan can work his magic again!”

“Excellent Service and Outstanding Work!
I recently did a swap with Ivan , and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth, professional, and transparent. You can tell he really knows his stuff and pays close attention to every detail.
Customer service was top-notch — always responsive, patient with my questions, and truly committed to making sure everything went perfectly.

“I have been coming here since I was a child with my father. I do most of my firearm transfers here and it's always pleasant. Gregg and Martha are great people.. I have honestly never had a bad experience here! Remember at the end of the day this is a place of business, do not expect them to fix all your issues..but if they can help they will and have for me personally. God bless”
“This is the absolute best pawn shop to go to, right off of Okeechobee, the whole crew in here will treat you like family. I have bought many different things here from shoes to guns! They always have the best prices and 🤫 “just ask” they might work on the price a little. I would give more stars than 5 if I could!”
