I canceled my membership in person December 28th, 2023. Two months later, I check my reserve account and I see that I am still being billed. I called PF on Feb 12th and spoke with Mikah regarding the issue. He cancels my account over the phone, signs my cancellation for me and then tells me that I should be getting a full refund within a week or two. A month later, still no refund. I go to PF in person this past Saturday to address the issue. I was explaining the situation to the front desk person, meanwhile Mikah was right behind him the whole time on his phone, being no help whatsoever. He finally intervenes and takes down my info and says to call him Monday for an update. He ignored me for two days and passed me on to Carlos. He gives me a bunch of excuses and tells me that he “has to do some investigating into this.” This is exactly why Mikah and Carlos work at PF, this isn’t a murder case that needs to be solved, it’s a simple refund or not. I call this morning now for another update and Carlos doesn’t remember me, asked me “what’s this about?” So Carlos has amnesia and Mikah is incompetent at his job. Great Duo. Your employee failed to properly cancel my account, take accountability!

7 complaints of ice cold showers, and no hot water ranging from 1 month to 3 years ago, and all the PF pr replies is to acknowledge, and then steer into contacting the manager..... Have you ever thought that people are reading these reviews, they're adding up, and the management seemingly does not care? Perhaps there's more that you can do with this information so that it doesn't get to the point of your customers adding up the reviews for you? Just moved up here, bummed I can't use this place.**Update to their response**Honestly comical how underwhelming they are about these matters. "Thanks for voicing this! At your convenience, please.." ..send this to somewhere where we may actually value your opinion?!..... I wish I could rate 0 stars. Get your act together. YOU INFORM YOUR TEAM!! you have EIGHT NEGATIVE REVIEWS MENTIONING THE SAME THING!!! It's not your customer's responsibility to reiterate what's already been reiterated because you're far too lazy to act upon. But sure, go ahead and convince yourself you're providing "Customer Service". Everyone can see how hollow your sad corporate attempt at replies are here.***second update***They've revised their comment on my feedback; "were disheartened to hear, please bring this comment to management" obviously they're not reading, nor understanding anything, nor actually wanting to change/admit any fault. Publicly, nor privately. It's just sad. Turn on your water heaters... How hard can that possibly be?You're literally at a 4.4 and will likely dip further as a result of what? A lazy manager, poor feedback response team, and a circuit breaker flipped the wrong way in effort to what.... Save a few dollars on the electric bill? It's comical. I'm so grateful that I have multiple memberships.

Giving it a 1 star because I was stuck taking a cold shower at 7 AMI told the Assistant Manager at the front desk there was NO hot water. He said there was a 'hot water switch' that he has to turn on. He said hot water is a safety issue....which made NO sense to me in 2023.He asked me if I wanted him to turn the hot water on. (After I already had to take a cold shower)If the assistant Manager and staff know hot water is an issue, then they need to be responsible to turn it on in the morning for guests to have a hot shower.It's just silly and incompetent.

PF has its WPB locations NEGLECTED .No hot water EVER at this RPB location... 2 years now with same issue.Stop painting the building and fix those pressure pipes already CORPORATION HEADQUARTER RIPOFFS !!!!

NO JUDGEMENT ZONE That says it all; The people there are friendly and helpful. I am an OUT-OF-SHAPE old guy who needs constructive Help, NOT destructive Criticism. Thank You for providing the atmosphere to get better and live longer. I have found my new "Gym Home".

Planet Fitness has been one of the best gym experiences I've had. They have a circuit of machines to serve as an express workout. After having an awful experience with CRUNCH fitness, with their unsavory and predatory practices as they billed my account for my son's membership $57 repeatedly (think at least 2 times per week), I canceled his membership and had him join Planet Fitness. Planet fitness still has this review outlet available to the public because they can. CRUNCH on the other hand has blocked their review option on Google because their gym is found wanting.

The gym has a friendly atmosphere and clean. Michael at the front desk is awesome. We will miss him as Sat. is his last day. Keep up the good work.

Plant fitness is lacking cleaning. some workers are kind of lazy. The manger leaves cleaning equipment in the way at times . People can trip over there wires . The ceilings are horrible there looks like mold in the 30 min work outs . Becarful ! they need better leadership.

Excellent workout atmosphere. Cordial/ welcoming & polite checking in staff always. Made a switch to PF about 6 years ago, glad I did. Membership fee is absolutely worth every dollar.

This gym is very clean. The staff wipes down machines, cleans the bathrooms and vacuums the floors frequently. I have noticed a difference lately and I appreciate it.

1 star because the guys have been a bit obnoxious lately, maybe the guy workers shouldn’t JUST converse with the WHITE females. This goes for ALL of them. The. Rest. Of. Us. See. You.Be more professional, we all pay a tab here and want to feel you know our names & cared for not just cause I’m not white.

Tried to sign our child up for the free HS membership. Our child is in HS but 13. The staff wouldn’t even let us tour the facility and was rude. We won’t be going there

One of the better planet fitness's as far as cleanliness. The only issue is they never have hot water in the showers. sometimes it works and most times it doesn't.
