This was my first time at this nail shop and I had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was kind and friendly. The salon was beautiful, and April was an absolute gem. I received a dip with extensions and a basic pedicure. It was wonderful. I drove from Broward County to specifically to see April and I will definitely be back again.

Look at the pictures, and you’ll understand my disappointment. I paid $85 for this acrylic full set, and just two days later, I had to go somewhere else to fix it. The thickness was excessive, the base color didn’t match the design, and the nails started peeling the very next day. When I called to express my concerns, they insisted that acrylic nails are always thick clearly not true, as you can see from my fruit nails (second photo, the one below) which were done beautifully elsewhere. I wish I could get my money back.

This is the best nail spa I’ve ever been to! Every single person is so kind and helpful and does everything they can to give you what you’re wanting. Bao has done my Gel X sets multiple times now and he always does them exactly how I want them. April did my CBD Pedicure recently and it was very relaxing and she was so respectful and made me laugh too. I love going to Himalayan Nails because I receive top care and not mediocre care that just “gets the job done”. I feel like I am more than just another customer there. Definitely coming back!
Requested style: I requested Gel X, short, squat cut, rounded corners with sparkly red and a white heart on my ring finger. It turned out perfect for Valentine’s Day! ❤️💋
Stylist: Bao was great for Gel X! April was great for foot massage and basic pedicure.

Practicing martial arts my fingers and toes get beat up. It's always nice to have somebody clean them and shape them just right for me well massaging them. I went all out and had their top of the line Himalayan pedicure and organic panic here. Therapist even threw in a shoulder massage and head massage which was well worth it. I've been gone here for about 5 years. Definitely recommend all of the workers are good there. The owner's wife Bee is the best of the workers in my opinion. They treat you very well here and make you very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Place is immaculately clean even in the bathroom.

These guys are so awesome! I used to get my nails done here when I lived in the area several years ago. They always did an amazing job. But today they knocked it out of the park even more than usual! I had a pretty odd request and I wasn’t sure if they were going to be willing to help me out. I had Made a headdress for a Halloween costume and I had a vision. Chris did an incredible job helping me make it happen!!!

I booked an appointment wanting to try a new nail spot for my friend and I for sunday at 3:30 for a dip full set. We waited 45 minutes with an appointment and didn’t leave till 5:40 (after they closed.) The guy doing my nails took a very long time. 1 ended up pealling off less then 24 hours after my appointment, and another 3 ended up pealing off 48 hours after. Definitely not happy

I came in for a rescheduled appointment and was told the wait would be 5 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for the next available person. I had trouble choosing colors for my acrylic set and when the guy found out i was still deciding he got an attitude. I showed him a picture of the nails I wanted and one of the nails in the picture had a design with a light color--He tried to convince me more than once that the design wouldn't come out good if I used light color. That's unproffesional, just give me what I asked for. While the guy was doing my nails I would ask him questions and he would flat out ignore me. He also did the wrong color for the nails without the design but at that point I didn't care to say anything and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Also twice I accidently smudged my nails and when he noticed he grabbed my hand and said "look what you did!" So incredibly rude He didn't even stay till the end of my appointment. Won't be coming back

I will NEVER go here again. I asked the lady doing my nails if she could make the white thicker on my french manicure (pretty standard and simple request) instead, she was making the WHOLE nail thicker. My nail was becoming EXTREMELY THICK , since couldn’t understand my request I asked the receptionist to step in and help translate. No big deal. i said to reception “can you please help me get the nail tech to understand my request” withoht skipping a beat the receptionist (the one with blonde hair and converse sneakers) reply was “ no she understands.” Before even letting me speak or tell her what was happening. She wasn’t even near us so she was just making an assumption and providing poor service. I tried to reiterate and literally the receptionist was just arguing with me over the most simple request... within two minutes the nail lady ended up shutting her lamp and walking away while I sat in her chair with a half completed “full set”. I had powder all over my hands , no top coat, no filing done, nothing. The receptionist with blonde hair and converse was so rude I couldn’t even speak to her because she just starred at me in a snarky manner while making no sense and just continued to argue ALL OVER THE FACT A CUSTOMER REQUESTED FOR THICK WHITE ON THEIR FRENCH…after 15 minutes the nail tech came back and without even completing my manicure just put a top coat on. When checking out the receptionist told me it’s because I said I wanted them to finish and put on my top coats. LOL !!! there are WAY better nail salons than a place who will argue with the most simple requests, charge full price for half completed manicures, and do whatever they can to not accommodate their paying customers. Worst service and WORST manicure of my LIFE. Go elsewhere!!

Ana has an attitude. Horrible service. She lost an loyal client in a few months. I've been in customer service and have my own business. I would never treat someone the way she did. She knows exactly what she did wrong. I told her straight to her face what she did.

I received a gift card for Mother’s Day 2023. I lost the gift card in my car that got totaled and was just given some property back that was left in it, including the gift card which expired two months ago. The total amount was $100 which they are keeping and will not honor my gift card saying it expired two months ago. Why would a reputable establishment keep money and prevent a couple hundred dollars a month in sales for future business they could have had with me. Poor management and customer service, seems to be ran by someone who doesn’t value their customers or smart business practice.

The decor with the salt wall is beautiful. The atmosphere is nice and everyone is friendly. Unfortunately, I was not completely happy with my dip nails. They look beautiful at first glance, but the nail tech painted so far away from my cuticles that it looks like I had them done some time ago. Unfortunately, I did not have time for them to be redone.
