I’ve dealt with everyone at PEFCU for years, some downtown on Southern Boulevard before they moved out west. Great, personable staff! Love them all! Customer service at its finest!

Danny helped me apply for a new credit card and also helped me set up partial direct deposit without any hesitation. He is super nice and very friendly. As a new credit union member he made it very simple and easy to do without making me feel like I should have known everything. I had to bring my baby with me and he was so sweet to him. Even had him smiling! I will definitely go to him if I need anything else!!

The branch was clean, the wait was short and customer service was amazing. Danny was just so courteous. Respectful conversation were he assisted me with all my financial needs and even worked out a few issues I had upon arriving at the bank. This is exactly what service should look like. I am more likely to refer friends and family and return to the branch because of employees like Danny that makes it such a pleasant experience. Thank you!
