This store is always special, but please pay attention to dedicating a corner to low-calorie sweets and pastries.

I adore this gorgeous new boutique. Prices must, however, decrease. You've lost some of your former competitiveness. Previously the "cheapest" Publix of all the Publix locations, this one now appears to be charging either the same or much more money. Even though I've discovered less expensive locations to shop, I still plan to come here for products that are exclusive to Publix.

Newly renovated and as beautiful as ever! The face lift was much needed. My only gripe with the new layout is how congested it gets by the customer service/deli pick up area and how narrow the parking seems (but it may have been just as narrow before lol).

520 on a week day and only 3 non breaded wings... No rotisseries. patheticEdit: absolutely not. You have enough information in this post to fix it. District 25 can do better. Better than Mrs. Cook.

I am very disappointed that Publix is still sells this juice from floridas natural since my son complained about the taste since he loves this juice and it has changed to the worst taste ever!!! I read the label and he says they bland florid natural with some other regions of the world, they must be putting 5% Florida in 95% other because it’s a horrible taste. Public should take this off the shelf.

Great updates to the supermarket as. Online ordering for the sandwiches and wraps is a bit of a disaster. Every time I have gone to pick them up they are late or not ready. Of course they taste good but you can’t trust the pick up time they provide.

I'm sorry but I hate the remodel. It's so dark and impersonal. The employees are nice but the store over all has lost its welcoming and friendly appeal. That is the one thing we loved about Publix. The new bakery and customer service set up is terrible. It feels like a hassle to ask for help and everything is leaning towards a do it yourself model with very little interaction. Very sad and cold. I'd rather drive a little further to the Andros Isle store.

Waited in line at the deli to have someone cut in front of me with no number. I asked if they were not using the number system anymore, they said “we’ll be with you shortly.” No order or asking the gentleman that cut in front of me to get a number and wait just like I did for 15 minutes. There were 4 people back there cutting meat for party platters and online orders and 1 person tending to the line of people at the counter. I put everything back and went to Whole Foods.

Who is the deli manager!? I have never seen the deli ran so poorly. Everything is always a mess. The staff has no clue what's going on. And seriously why are the cold cuts not being refrigerated!? How does nobody know how to make a proper sub? We were so excited for our Publix to reopen. The previous staff wasn't that great either but literally I would love to have them back. Even though they don't know how to make a wrap the right way. They would make it like a burrito, which every Publix now seems to make their wraps like that!? It's ridiculous. Please I wish management would take care of this.

Imagine a subpar store, now they remodel it, and left with the same subpar store as before. Did they use the same managers? This store forever does not have anything in stock, their employees playing like children talking with their friends'/coworkers before helping a customer. They want you to check in for pickup orders and still mess that up (asking you what your name is like the FBI a, like someone is out there stealing your stuff, and they still mess it up :))). Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to Southern and Crestwood or Andros Isles Publix--just like you did when it was under construction. This place still sucks...

Beautiful store, but that is about it. A lot of the staff from the other locations (currently being renovated) seem absolutely miserable at this location and take it out on the customers. I will drive past this store and go to Crestwood or Lox. I had to stop today since it was later and this is closer to my home and I instantly regretted it!!! The staff seem absolutely miserable at this location like they are being tortured by paying customers!

The staff was very helpful. I freaked out when a drug addict I pointed out from West Haven, Connecticut thought this youngster was the same one that wanted to ask him for a roommate situation. It turned out to be a youngster that's going to join the Marines in September 27, 2023 as a radar man.

This is a totally rebuilt Publix. They literally tore down the original and rebuilt it from scratch. The inside is hudge, better bring your good walking shoes and maybe a GPS. An abundant amount of refrigeration space and a huge selection of items to choose from. Still no half sour pickles but just about everything else you can imagine. Go out of your way to see this place, and don't worry, they even have a nice seating area to relax.

I was standing in line at lottery section of customer service. Waited more than 10 minutes and then several other people came over and went to the left of me to the “pickup” section. It was my turn at the register and the woman said, “wrong line.” I was forced to go to the back of the line and when I told the woman they need to fix their signage, she said, “that’s not my problem, it’s management.”Never would I ever think that Publix would fall into the category of terrible customer service.
