Earlier today I didn’t think I’d be leaving five stars. However, I was upset and I spoke with the manager and he was so understanding and kind. He solved my issue and in the process, earned my business for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this location.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We did a thing... we bought a Ford. First one for our family and had a wonderful experience with Brenda as our guide. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on what she was selling, she was efficient with our time and patient with our daughter. She was brutally honest and that is very respected as my husband is a mechanic and knows what he is talking about. I would absolutely recommend Brenda and her team to a friend, family member, and even a skeptic like myself. They all were helpful, made you laugh, and took the time to let you explore and question.

I had a warranty on my car that covered the transmission and the technician basically acted like it didn't exist and now they somehow don't have the records to when I originally had my transmission checked out. Convenient. Also they have horrible customer service with a lot of passive aggressive attitudes.

We had our car towed by AAA with a battery problem which was totally discussed w/ Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach. Knowing that the battery was bad, maybe bad cables or some other problem involving the battery; was informed car was ready next afternoon to the tune of over$720.00. They knew ahead of time it was a battery related problem! Even if there were diagnostics involved, my God to charge that type of money is insane! Oh yes, the customer rep was very nice! Maybe the battery and cables that were changed out were made of GOLD! We will never deal with Al Packer Ford again, nor buy a vehicle there! Very upset and frustrated customer!

What a great experience. I came here out of the blue killing time, but in the market for a transit van. I spent about an hour and was greeted by one of the best sales people ever. The customer service here was definitely impressive. Within 24 hours they found me exactly what I was looking for. Just leaving the dealership now. In my brand new transit van. Thank you to an amazing experience.

If I could get away with giving this place no stars I would. The quick lane manager Dillon Sucher is rude, unprofessional, and completely unqualified for his position. I had work done at ford a few months ago and Dillon left my keys on the check out counter completely unattended to. He flipped out on me when he got back when I asked him why my keys were unattended to. I decided to give the place another chance a few months later. I went in this morning for oil change and tire rotation and was refused a tire rotation because he didn't want to scratch my rims. Aren't you guys a mechanic spot ?? I asked to speak with his boss bill rittenhauer and was told they didn't know how to do a tire rotation. He then told me to go fuck my self and leave his shop before he called 911. Can some one for the life of me please explain how these crooks and con artists are still in business. Consumer beware go to this location at your own Demise.

Rude customer service. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in. The sale parts department are by far the most mono tone, non correspondence type people. Basically if you have aftermarket parts installed from the dealership, you have to be the middle man and go to the aftermarket company to dispute any discrepancies.

I rarely write reviews on any place but maybe this will be helpful for someone. I brought my Chevy sonic in for bodywork. It was not done all the way correctly the first time but after looks fine on the outside but the inside had horrible issues wrong that I've never had before. I reached out to the service department and they transfer me to every single department but there's and I really needed my car worked on. I told them that my car has been at their shop for a while and that I didn't wanna wait a month again for the service. When I was on the phone with someone from service the call ended and it was difficult getting A hold of the person again. To this day they never called me. I brought my car into another place and told me that it's not worth getting my car fixed so I had to buy a whole new car two days ago. I don't understand why alpacker just didn't fix my car when it was under insurance the first time instead of waiting four months to get everything fixed. This could totally be two different issues but personally feel like they did not inspect my car because it was really bad driving home after my car has left their shop. On top of me telling them what the issues was.

It’s always something in this place is not even 11 am, one of the tells me they are done taking cars for the day because they are leaving at 1pm…. The said they open until 3pm…. The worse its there I paid for oil change when bought my truck and now I can’t even use the services because they are leaving earlyServices: Tires
