Ross can be a hit or miss on clothes, but housewares and random items are pretty good,.. store is always crowded

Okay outlet. "The poorest" compared to TjMaxx, Marshall and Burlington, the ugliest, but if you have the opportunity to visit regularly, you can find nice things at a really good price. Attention, are you making big purchases? Take a senior, seniors have an additional 10% discount on products!

Today my mother came home from Ross in tears. My mother was inside the Ross store Buying a rather large rug to fit into our living room, & a few other items (3 bags full) she asked the woman is it possible for me to bring the cart outside to bring the rug to my car and the lady stated no & You are going to have to bring it out yourself. She then proceeded to tell my mother that nobody’s gonna help her either. My mother who is rather on the older side had to lug out this giant rug by herself. She has bruises all over her body from wrestling this thing across the parking lot she was offered zero assistance. This is the most disgusting service I have ever seen and I’m going to tell everybody just how horrific her experience was the fact that my Mother was treated this poorly at this establishment is absolutely disgusting. The cashier was beyond rude to her, for no reason. The fact that you hire people Who have zero people skills let alone common decency for human being is beyond me. I will NEVER EVER be shopping here again. That cashier should be fired. What’s worse is all of the employees inside Watched my mother struggle to bring this out to the car. Nobody offered to hold the door open for her. Nobody helped her, and she was just left there to lug it by herself. Unbelievable. I’ll be contacting your corporate office. The lack of human decency presented by your staff is truthfully repulsive

Terrible location. 4 cashiers standing around doing nothing with a long line and 1 register open. The store is a mess, don’t use the restroom unless you like urine all over the floor and toilet paper.

We were passing by and decided to stop in. I was surprised that they were as busy as they were on a Saturday evening. I was looking for an inexpensive casual dress for a luncheon I have coming up in the near future. I started by browsing through their racks. They also had an extensive clearance section. Since I didn't find anything I liked, I decided to look at other sections of the store. I didn't find any clothes to buy. Nor did my husband. But we did wind up buying two sets of extra pillowcases. I'd been looking for some replacement ones, but now most are sold within the sheet sets. These were perfect and at a very, very reasonable price. We felt it was worth it to wait in the long line to check out. Luckily, they had three cashiers working and it didn't take that long. This is not a store we would normally shop at, per se. But it was convenient, and it was open.

If you go to dressing room, you will deal with the most miserable employee ever. If you dare to not put what you tried on back on the hanger, you will be yelled at and told "that's not my job". Most horrible customer service ever. I will never go back to this store.

Was told to leave the store because we cannot drink in the store. I shop here every couple weeks and have never had a problem until now. Absolutely ridiculous. This isn’t a problem at any other store that I shop in. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. They would rather loose a customer over a drink. I’m not going to finish my drink. I left and went to another store.
