The office staff are friendly and helpful. The doctors assistants are all very good natured, and very capable. Dr Debay is very detailed and professional in her examination and summaries of each visit. She always takes the time to listen to our questions and advise accordingly. Great Doctor!

Terrible experience with the office manager. Very rude and condescending . I had to remove my elderly parents from this establishment as they became nervous and afraid after witnessing the office manager’s insults in front of other customers. They were comfortable with the doctor and the nurse practitioners but were afraid to return due to the conduct of this person.

I had my first appointment today with the nurse practitioner Rachel Smith. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and thorough in trying to get to the bottom of my situation. She also took all the time she needed and did not rush through trying to push me out to move on to another patient. Today was very encouraging and I think this may be the best choice I could have made. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I am a 68 year old male. This was my 2nd visit to this office, and compared to doctors and offices I've had in the past, this is the best by far! Very short wait, friendly and helpful staff. Dr Debay is very thorough, and calls me with test results. Refilling prescriptions used to be very time consuming at my previous doctors office, but now I notice this office refills them without me having to continue to call for refills. Dr Debay has accumulated all of my medical history, and is providing me with real info and advice that will help me maintain good health. I am happy and relieved to be their patient!

Went to this doctor because I really wanted to support a black owned business. The people are nice but I have yet to meet either of the Dr. Berry's and it is very hard to contact the office

I am new to the area and was trying to find a doctors office and this was first on google so i called and tried to give her my insurance and all the rude lady on the phone would say is "that isn't your insurance, this is vision insurance, that is not the correct insurance" i have used that card at every doctors office i have gone to and have never had an issue. I tried to explain to her this is not a vision insurance card and all she had to say was "yes it is, its not gonna make a difference if you read any other things off that card to me because you only have vision insurance." i didn't even get a chance to become a new patient as the rude lady on the phone shot everything i had to say down and then quickly hung up the phone.The receptionists needs to be trained on phone manners and how to look up correct insurance.

Completely unprofessional administrative staff. Their incompetency wasted my time by not double checking information before taking in any potential new patients such as myself. If you are under 18, they will not admit you. Something not clearly stated upon making an appointment.

They spend more time trying to recruit your friends and family than they do on your health. Brittany (nurse) tries hard to be nice, but she is not knowledgeable. She will ignore your concerns and not ask the doctor, so make sure you insist on your on health questions being answered.
