Make sure you buy the right size because if not you arent dressing up for halloween. No exchanges after a certain date even if you bought it after the dates. Horrible policy

Do not but from this store I just went to exchange a size bigger on an item they did not have anymore. Instead I grab about $400 more in other merchandise. The cashier and I were good had a pleasant chit chat and then the so call manager, this lady with a big nasty attitude told me all about how she was doing me a favor. When I make a remark on the fact that she was being rude for no reason she told me that she was goi g to cancel my order if I didn’t shut up. All I have ask was for the accessories to be in a separate bag because earrings brake so easy. The cashier was fine and I offered to help with the bagging if necessary. Then the manger involved herself again saying I had a big order and they were not train to separate items. At that point she proceeded to call me rude and that again she was doing me a favor and was going to cancel my order which she did. I asked the cashier if I had been rude to her and she could not talk you could see the fear in her eyes but she said no man and moved her eyes to her manager signaling. She did not even refund my item forcing me to dive from the store on us1 to the store in Kendall. I would never go back to this store and I will call corporate on Monday and put a formal complain on my experience.

Beware of taking costumes home to try on seeing they do not furnish dressing rooms. We bought four to try on at home and returned three and one of the costumes the manager did not wish to give full refund because there was a slight color change on a creese which she claims we used the costume. And funny enough this one costume was too small to even try on. These people needs to have dressing rooms and if not a more objective return policy as these costumes are of poor quality and they can come with damage as this one did and the rest of costume looked new because it was NOT used. Will not return!!!

This place is perfect for Halloween costumes, obviously. But, If you are looking to buy house decorations or anything Halloween related that doesn't involve something to wear or put on like house decorations then Id recommend you visit Halloween Megastore in Downtown Miami

Very unprofessional people in this Halloween store in sunset place the store is very empty not a lot of costumes most of the walls say coming soon I walked in and no one was behind the desk so I was lost in there I liked the store more last year hope they make it better I love Halloween but this store has no life

It says that it's open but it's closed. The employee on the phone couldn't even tell us where in sunset place it was located. Big waste of time. Do not recommend.

Never in my history of customer service have I ever experienced a moment where a store manager attempted to fight me and my family members.The manager Rick, would not allow me in the store to make a simple return. He said I was a thief and I can only enter if I left my purse and belongings in my vehicle. When my mother arrived to try and help clear up any confusion he attempted to get into her face aggressively so that she is in the process of filing a police report. Truly frighting. If you check there are similar stories about this man.Let's also make a point that- I have a receipt, the video of the instacart customer dropping off the item as well as the bag and merchandise!!!!
