The crusty musty dusty obese beluga working the window had the worst attitude. She answered with "whatchu want" and proceeded to be extremely disrespectful and told us "McDonald's across the street" this happened directly after they had told us to "wait a minute" I don't know who hurt her but she's getting Hella pressed over a minimum wage paying graveyard shift.

Was in Drive through and heard horsing around, so went inside. Inside was freezing cold they must have had the a/C to frostbite. Then there were like 5 people in Back and waited in fro t forever. No o e attended so had to leave. Horrible

I visited Taco Bell recently and had a disappointing experience with Stephanie's behavior towards Kimberly in the drive-thru. Kimberly was trying to assist us with our order, but Stephanie yelled at her, insisting we figure out our own bags. This lack of teamwork and customer service was disappointing. Kimberly went above and beyond to make sure our order was right and to get us anything that were missed! With a positive and happy attitude. Special thanks to her for making this experience better.

Very professionally run Taco Bell. When they have all the sauces, napkins, forks, and drinks I need, that's what I prefer. Missing sauces from forks that I want out of this or that aggravates me more than anything else. This one had everything and was spotless.

Literally didn’t give me something so I went inside and I didn’t get seen for over 30 minutes. Every worker saw me and knew I was there from the minute I walked in. They just chose to ignore me even though I was at the register with people behind me. Genuinely the worst customer service experience from a fast food place, and that’s saying something. Would rather eat dirt than give the management sales.

This is the worst taco bell ever! They puck and choose what hours they are open, Terrible customer service, portions cut compared to other locations. Can wait for the new taco bell to open in loxahatchee. Hope they have better management than this one. I can't count how often I have been here to go in and eat and they just don't open the dining area. The one time recently that I did, it was literally 60 degrees in there and I'm always hot! It definitely seems they don't want people dining inside. I was missing a taco and when I advised the Mgr later at the window she said nothing is missing I bagged it myself and walked away. Just rude!

Fifteen minutes to get my cup so I had something to drink. Almost another ten to get my food. Staff wearing sunglasses inside at night. These are all common occurrences at this location.

Management and employees are very friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean, chairs and tables. Z is a top notch employee, thank you!

Terrible service, it says it opens at 9am came in at 9:10am and the lady gave us an attitude and said that they weren’t taking any orders so we had to go to McDonald’s.

Nonsense rude lies to my elderly mother. Cashier lied to my elderly mother with cancer that she needs to use the app to order a taco bell variety pack. Then lied about the price. The manager Ericka started yelling when asked if you have to use the app to order a taco bell variety pack. I called two other nearby taco bell stores to verify that you do not need to order through the app. Please retrain or fire Ericka so she does not lie and yell at the elderly.
