This bank is destroying my credit and not a single person is able to help because "the computers won't allow them". Now what do I do? I would appreciate a call from a competent manager or rep before I move my funds back to my credit union.

Their machine ate my card, and the people there did basically nothing to retrieve it for several hours. By the time they did, they said there was no card found in the atm. Made a yelp just for this.

This ATM hasn't been working for more than a week, as far as I know, and apparently they are not interested in repairing it, which is very frustrating, since in this field of royal palm it is the only one closest to me.

This is my first and last time coming to this location. I called ahead of time because I was coming from a great distance and wanted to make sure that I would be helped as long as I made it there before the branch closed and made it there at the exact time that I told the receptionist that picked up the phone that I would be there. The two woman bankers that are facing the tellers are very rude, inconsiderate, and in my opinion bias/racist. They are both Caucasian women one with short blonde hair and the other had shoulder length red/orange hair. They both started at their clocks when I stated I needed help from a banker not even knowing what I needed to do and said that it was too late to help me and they were not going to have members of the bank stay past closing to assist me. I needed to open a new small business account and had spoken to a banker at a different location while setting up my personal account about the different options and what would work best for me. I let both women know that I had come from a great distance to pick up my paycheck and made it here before close and I was told that the bank was closing soon and that I could make an appointment if I wanted help from a banker. Then that there are other TD Banks in the city that I live in so I can just go there another day. Instead of arguing I decided to just go to the teller and cash my paycheck so that I could be on my way and the woman with orange hair decided to come over and harass me. When other patrons in the bank started to look our way she made a point to state that it's not that they did not want to help me and that if I wanted to i could just open the account myself online, they just couldn't do it. After being assisted by the teller in cashing my check the same woman raced to beat another teller to the door so she could unlock it and guide me out. She would not allow me to touch the door and barely opened it to the point where I had to squeeze myself out of the door. I was so taken back by what transpired that I called customer support while pulling out of the parking lot just to run the scenario by them and see if I really wasn't able to be helped because I arrived a couple of minutes before closing and my transaction would last past closing time and was informed that the two women were in the wrong. My transaction could have taken hours if need be, I made it into the bank prior to close and should have been helped. I will definitely be calling the branch in the morning to speak to the manager about the situation.

Was waiting for 25mins and when I finally got through it was 2:02 . I needed a card to be able to shop on line and learn to balance my account. As per Debbie at this branch, she could not help us because it was 2:02 and TD bank shut down there system at 2:00pm. This is poor customer service and I’ve have several accounts with them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to TD

Dave Anderson is a complete banking genius. I'm surprised he's not running the place!!!!!! He fixed ALL of my problems quickly and efficiently. Luisa Whitehall the Manager was excellent as well. She was very cordial and directed me to the right person for the job. I can't say enough about Dave Andersons professionalism , knowledge, caring and respect. I was about to leave TD. I think I'll stick with Dave!!!!

It's 1AM and I needed to deposit some money, finding the door to the ATM Area is Locked? That's the first time it has happened, when I deposit towards the late night hours before. It's always been unlocked, did someone maybe forget to unlock that door?

DON'T DEAL WITH WIRE TRANSFERS and deposits here. We have been banking here for several years, and there were already 3 instances.-1- old lady cost us wire transfer money when we bought our house, because she cant do her job, she had all the info on the paper, and she screwed it up, we were going through enough stressful paperwork, we had to redo the wire transfer when it was told us money wasnt there, we spent another 40 dollars.-2- the reason im writing this review, had to take money out, and deposit to another account. (another girl, not the same old lady) She gave me hundreds of dollars withdraw SLIP , but didnt put the same money on the acct was given. So for 6 days i had no idea that the money wasnt there, i found out, and went to the bank, it was sent to the wrong acct, because the girl was supposed to look at the screen, to make sure it goes to the right acct. The manager, Dave is the only capable person there.Its humans who are incapable of doing basic tasks anymore.
