“A family member gets roll you own tobacco here. Decent prices and staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing is they don’t have that much of a selection of cigarette tobacco. Other than that this store has a huge selection of vaping products and cool pipes for “smokers””

“3Js cigar is one of my favorite places to go! The tobacconists here, Melissa and Adam, are attentive and wonderful when suggesting which cigars to smoke and beverages to drink.They have a reasonably good selection of cigars that tend to the boutique cigar. They do carry well-known favorites like Perdomo, my father Cigars, and Avo. The place itself is large, airy and comfortable. It's hard not to fall asleep in the leather chairs and it comes complete with a pool table and dominos. In addition, there is outdoor seating when the weather is moderate.”

“It's DOUBLE THE SIZE!!! I hadnt been here for at least 2 years, and swore I was tripping when I walked in and it appeared larger. Thankfully Derrick reassured me that I'm not going insane, and it did in fact expand, lol. He had the most wonderful customer service! We visited on our wedding night for a pipe since we'd left ours at home, and he hooked us up with exactly what we were looking for. I haven't lived in Palm Beach in half a decade, but Tobacco World remains my favorite and most reliable shop to date, especially after tonight!”

“The store has a very good whiskey selection. The pricing, however, is hard to figure out. Some bottles are priced two times what I would expect. There were other selections that were a few bucks under the going rate. Stop in and take a look around. Maybe you'll find something you like.”

“I just came into the store to buy some wine on my way to my new home. No one greeted me at the store. It was hard to find the wine that I wanted. When I asked for assistance it was hard to find anyone. Very different from the North Miami Beach location. Once I found the wine I wanted to I went to check out. Amalfi the cashier had a nasty attitude and gave me a hard time with purchasing the wine. One of the worst experiences I have encountered from a Total Wines establishment. I will be following up to report her. It’s important to be friendly to ALL customers no matter their background. ***********UPDATE: Eric the District Manager reached back out to me to follow up on the incident. He was understanding and took my report seriously. He apologized and informed me he spoke with the cashier. I truly appreciate his help and outstanding service. Positive attitude and over the top communication. Thank you so much for following up!”
