I decided to try a different nail salon. Big mistake. I got the dip power on my nails on July 11th before going on vacation. A few days in my nails started chipping and have only gotten worse as the days go by. Like I said I was on vacation and was not hard on my nails at all. No work, cleaning or cooking. Nothing! I have been getting dip powder for the last 2 years and I can usually go a good 4 to 5 weeks. ( And I am hard on my nails at work) But this was just days. I'm extremely upset that I now have to go and have them done all over again somewhere else. I will not be recommending Toi to any of my friends. Sadly disappointed with the waste on my hard earned money

Kathy was amazing! I had a Toi gel pedicure with all the bells and whistles and she did not disappoint. My feet feel amazing, A little on the pricey side but if you need to treat yourself, go for it!

I’ve been going toi for two years. Always get the dip manicure, consistently excellent work. I see Nikki who’s fantastic, I have seen Diana and Maria they are great too. The price is on the higher side but you’re paying for quality. The dip powder easily last 3 wks. Never chip. Front desk always great at accommodating appointments. Definitely recommend!

I recently visited [Nail Salon Name] and had an extremely disappointing and painful experience. It seems like they assigned a newbie nail tech to do my mani-pedi, and it was a disaster from start to finish.
First off, the nail tech was clearly inexperienced and lacked proper training. During my pedicure, they cut my toe, which was not only painful but also completely unacceptable. The manicure was equally horrible, with the tech digging into my cuticles with so much pressure that it hurt throughout the entire process.
To make matters worse, they cut my nails way too short, ignoring my request for a longer length, and ended up filing my skin instead of my nails. This not only left my fingers sore but also made the entire experience incredibly unpleasant.
The lack of skill and attention to detail was shocking, and I left the salon feeling frustrated and in pain.

I got the volcano pedicure which is $60. I was not aware they charge extra for gel polish for any of their special pedicures before going in, but the receptionist said it was $20 for gel. That’s crazy that their pedicures come with just regular nail polish and you have to pay extra for gel. I asked about French tip and she said gel is $20 and French tip is $10. I thought I would be paying $70 in total for this pedicure because of the add on French tip, but then they still charged me $20 extra also for gel. So it’s $30 for French tip. I picked French tip because she said it was $10, not $30. She did not make it clear how much extra this was, so it came out to $90 plus tip. Pretty ridiculous price for a mediocre pedicure. The other local nail salons don’t charge extra for gel, and their pricey pedicures are $30 cheaper than what I paid today. I like how my toes came out besides the chip in the polish I noticed when I got home. That is crazy to charge that kind of money. Overpriced pedicures and robbing customers of their money.

I have been to Toi Spa 2 times now and blown away by my service! First visit I received a basic gel mani and enjoyed my experience so much that I booked my 2nd visit for a basic gel pedi the next week!
Both times I was taken care of by Yaylie and I highly recommend using her! Yaylie is so sweet and skilled with her craft! The other staff are just as pleasant and do amazing work also!
Everyone is nice, quick and efficient leaving you with a relaxed experience and not overpriced at all! I look forward to coming in again next week!

I have been going to this nail salon for years now. I’ve been greeted so nice when I arrive, there always running on time and very professional. Such a great atmosphere and lovely technicians. I recommend them to all my family and friends you won’t be disappointed!

I went to toi just over a month ago to get acrylics. I paid 140$ (not including the tip) a simple french tip. I dont get my nails done often, I figured this was maybe a little pricey, but around the average amount. Later to find out, that 140$ for press ons with gel polish is not the right amount, especially because I asked for acrylic tips and did not get that. On top of that, the nails started falling off less than a week later. Save your money and go somewhere else

Came in with Gel toes, asked for Gel Pedicure, left with a regular pedicure? I thought it was odd when the nail tech pulled out a small fan to “dry” my toes. Then I was sent away with No proper cure/drying process, left my feet out for almost 2 hours to air dry. Put on my shoes & the paint is completely ruined. Honestly, if you’re looking for a new nail salon, don’t pick this one.

Great place for a manicure. I was able to walk in without an appointment on a Friday night and appreciated the service from Kai. Price was reasonable. I would recommend.
