Guy on the phone has an attitude when he can't comprehend right measurements on shipment dimensions for wheels, other UPS stores in area got it right in beginning and this kid whoever he is shall not be dealing with customers if he doesn't have patience and respectful phone etiquette to communicate with customers, customer service skills leave a lot to be desired for...... smh, not professional at all.

Staff was so helpful. Brie took great care with my items which are very sentimental. I had 6 boxes, and 2 boxes of fragile ship, plus she helped me ship my moms ironing board back home for me(crazy I know but sentimental). They were patient, nice and very helpful.

Went here for shredding services on the late morning of 3/20/2023. I read online where this location had a certification from the Natl Assoc of Info Destruction (NAID). I met with a clerk who told me that the shredding company had just left and that my items to be shredded would sit in a bin (I saw the bin and it had a basic lock on it) until the shredding company returned next month. The clerk told me she didn't know when the company would return next month. I asked about the NAID certification and the clerk had no info on that. I asked to speak with the mgr, and the clerk said the mgr was on a day off. I asked for an asst mgr and the clerk said there was none. If I could give this place a -1 as far as it's shredding services go, I would. I do not recommend anyone come here if they have sensitive documents to shred. I have determined that this UPS is not ready to offer shredding services for sensitive documents, based upon my experience there.

*My Reply to the response to my review below. *I have had my mailbox with this location for over a year and generally the customer service has been good. For the first time recently had to overnight a package and was told it would be there by noon (which was imperative). I of course paid a hefty fee for that. When the package arrived 2 hours later, I was told that no refund would be given for the portion that I paid to make sure that it got there by noon. The corporate office would also not give a partial refund. This is poor customer service and I basically paid extra money for something I never received. Very disappointing.REPLY: The stores representative made it sound like there was no use in getting the manager and that is why I called corporate. ALL of this could have been avoided if we were told UPFRONT that there was no Guarantee and that we would absolutely not be refunded if it didn't get there in time ***I hope you will start doing this now as a result of my review****. Then I could have decided to send or not send. In my case I would have actually driven the package or mailed it with some one else - it was that important.I no not have the ability to tarnish your store reputation - your store is responsible for that. If I have misrepresented what happened, please let me know and I am happy to fix my review. It is not my responsibility to know your store policies - those would need to be conveyed by store employees. An employee should have related them, gotten a manger etc etc. I am a customer not an employee or a do-gooder. I pay money for services. I am further disappointed by your response as the Owner. Unless rectified with good customer service, I will likely move my mail box when the contract is up. Very disappointing.

I was carrying 2 large boxes and also balancing holding my 8 month old baby and the 2 gentlemen workers stood at the counter just staring at me trying to open the door to get into the store and then to walk over to the counter not even offering help or to maybe get the door. Instead I dropped my boxes in the struggle. They were very rude and unpleasant. Usually I have a good experience at this store as the blonde hair female and another female with glasses are so polite and they greet you to where as these 2 gentlemen were rude and laughed at my struggling.

Came to the store at 2:00 pm and it was close , please update your closing time for Sundays and you customers will not waste time.

Extremely incompetent. I took two packages to this location early Tuesday morning. On Thursday, late afternoon, I was shocked when the Postman dropped it off at my front door with a notice that postage was due. I paid $24.21 for a very small box. I immediately drove over there with my receipt to find out what had happened. The original clerk tried to help to no avail. The female clerk said the owner was outside in her car waiting for her so she could not stay. Apparently, they called the owner from her car who came back to the store and after several attempts and nonsensical excuses, informed me that the shipping label had fallen off. I asked for an apology as well as having the items shipped express to make up for her ineptitude. She gave a mediocre apology and told me she would not ship it express. I paid for UPS service, not the Post Office. Don't ask me how the Post Office got hold of my package. I will NEVER use this location again. My experience is one of shock, disappointment; anger as my young granddaughters were anticipating receipt of the contents. I do not believe the 5 stars given to this establishment. Additionally, customer service skills are lacking. To add insult to injury, she looked me in the eye and told me the label fell off. Those labels do not fall off. The young lady that was in training did not put the label created on the package. This was such an insult to my intelligence. If you want your package lost, and not get to the destination 2 weeks after shipment this is the store for you. I'm glad we have choices. My choice is to use another franchise of UPS.

You have great products and services when operating however please update your hours as you're advertising Sundays 10 to 3 but you're closed. I and few others show up just to findout that you're not open.Thank you
