Used Cars in Royal Palm Beach, FL

“Purchased an excellent condition Toyota Avalon from Daryl and his wife. I reached out within 20 mins of the listing and committed to driving down. No pressure, punctual, patient, and no sudden fees etc. Easiest used car experience I’ve ever had. They source very specific affordable great condition cars that are great for highway miles, definitely take a look at their inventory!”

“Update 03/16/2026
Talked with corporate, who was very helpful and resolved the issue.

Is CarMax an easy and transparent dealership to work with? Not in my experience. My experience with Carmax was not great, especially after the sale. On the positive side, they quickly brought a vehicle I was looking at from Ft. Lauderdale to the Royal Palm location. The sales people were nice enough.

However, I’m disappointed with how long it took to sign the paperwork. I was paying cash and trading in an old car. I was at the dealership for 2.5 hours doing this. During this entire 2.5 hour process no one ever mentioned that the 2024 car I was purchasing only had one key (they made sure my trade in had both keys). I didn’t find out until I was handed the key on the way out the door. No one apologized for misleading me or offered to make it right.

On top of that, the key they did provide was “uncut” and not matched to my car. If you buy a car from here (which I caution against) make sure you check the key fob and the manual key inside it before driving off the lot. They have been totally unresponsive since the sale.

This was my first time at a CarMax and will likely be my last.”

“If you’re looking for a car I highly recommend Megan! This dealership genuinely cares and do what they can to get you into a car. I am very appreciative for Bam Bam Automotive!!”

“I bought a 2012 Honda Accord and I'm very pleased with it. I didn't want to make a 5 round trip driving for nothing. The car drove fantastic on the long drive to its new home. They are true to their word. Thanks guys.”
