Old lady at the counter was rude from the start and said, “That’s what GPS is for” after telling me I was at the wrong location to address a missing package. Why work with customers if your customer service is snarky and you’re just a jerk?

I just witnessed Tamara be rude to a customer. She spelled her name out to the customer after the customer asked for her name. That was not necessary. Very sarcastic and rude.

Tamara is extremely rude. Talks to people any kind of way. I’m very disappointed that the post office allow such person to work at their establishment
