Date of Visit: August 27I recently visited the Walgreens at Royal Palm Beach and had an exceptional experience, especially with staff members Ann and Dan. I attempted to return some wine and was met with nothing but professionalism and courtesy from both of them. The entire transaction was seamless, and I truly appreciated the high level of service they provided. Kudos to Ann and Dan for representing Walgreens in such a positive light! Would highly recommend this store for its outstanding customer service.

Slow, slow and slow. … A tortoise moves faster than the service provided here. it's crazy ridiculous, WALGREENS (RPB Blvd) you're giants in this industry hire people and PAY them so they'll stay. Step up your game!!!!! :(4 years later I'm back and I have since switched Walgreens (Southern Blvd, Loxahatchee) and can say that the staff at this location is DEFINITELY on point! Informative, fast, friendly and oh, did I say FAST!!!! Customer Service is everything! Thanks for restoring my faith again Walgreens (Southern Blvd in Loxahatchee) :-)

waited a month for my disposable camera photos to get developed when they said it would take 2 weeks. when they were finally ready they were not my pictures they were some random persons photos and they could not find mine, so all the pictures i took on that camera are gone. go to 60 minute photos to get your pictures developed; DONT GO TO WALGREENS.

This location has a terrible pharmacy. The one tech looks completely miserable ALL the time. Find another job. Plenty of them out there.

The pharmacy staff is really fantastic. I'm leaving town, and Arial, the pharmacy assistant, treated me as if she knew who I was! Within 5 minutes she got my prescription ready to go. My new favorite pharmacy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received over the phone with the pharmacy over a very important prescription. Unacceptable! Especially for a Walgreens!

Horrible pharmacy staff. When my husband went to pick up our sons medication the pharmacist said "im sorry youre son has to take this" and then proceded to question and lecture my husband about his diet. This woman has NO right to question what we do with our son and has no idea how much we have been through with Professional help involved. Now everytime we go there they mess up the prescription, 1st they just didnt fill it and blambed it on my doctor when my doctor bever got a call from them to know there was an issue yo correct. Then we went to fill again they filled half the script and said they thought it was 5 pills for a 30 day supply. If they do not know that basic math i question why they are working there. I also asked if she could look into another location to see if they had it and she sharply replied no one does without even trying. When my doctor called they told him they have a smaller dose available, why could she not tell me this? Now i am waiting on another "back ordered"prescription to be filled i get a phone call today they left a vaice mail of them typing on a keyboard for 2min and hung up. Even when i wait in line i hear all the other customers with the same issues unfilled scrips that just get cancelled without notice, some people depend on this medication to stay healthy. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!? I will be reporting this pharmacist and pharmacy they are tampering with people lives at this point.

My "go to" Walgreens. It's what you would expect from any Walgreens BUT...the employees here are wonderful; from the pharmacy, to photo, cashiers, managers and even the liquor store.

I was trying to pick up my husbands meds and other than finding out that they use a third party service to receive scrips called in by the doctor, the visit was an extreme waste of time. The pharmacy asst got flustered and the pharmacist was more concerned about the assistant being stressed than finding the meds for my husband. That is why I only go to Sams but my husband loved Walgreens. I think this will be my last pharmacy trip to Walgreens. Sad state of affairs and no consideration for their customer.

The pharmacy customer service could use a little work. I called seeing if they carried a specific liquid antibiotic for my 5 month old and after the representative told me they don’t have it she hung up on me. I couldn’t even ask her to check other Walgreens stores or if it was something that could be ordered. Idk just felt like it was pretty rude.

Michelle the pharmacist is awesome!! She always has my prescriptions ready and on time. Michelle along with the techs are always so kind and helpful!!Second review just had to write on here again! Michelle as always goes above and beyond for me and is such a sweetheart! Viven also was so sweet! Love all the techs.

Horrible customer service at the royal palm beach pharmacy. Every month I go through the same routine. Call and speak to someone, they say “yes it’s here ready for you to pick up”. I go there and it’s the same conversation. “Well it’s not here today, i don’t know what to tell you. I don’t know who you spoke to but you can come back in a couple days and check again.” I argue back and forth for 10 mins usually. They finally walk to the back and look at that.. it’s there. Sometimes the full prescription, sometimes not but hey at least something is there. Every single month. The same exact routine. Also very rude. As if you’re a waste of their time. Definitely switching pharmacies it will be worth the drive and stress. Cooperate needs to step up and see how they treat there customers. What they don’t know is I’m also in the medical field. Very very rude and horrible customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here.

Went to accompany my mom to get her booster shot only to find out that the pharmacy was closed. She had set up an appointment to get her shot only to show up and they're not opened. The associates just pointed to the posted sign and walked away when we asked why they were closed all of a sudden. Inez was wonderful enough to help us out by calling a nearby Walgreens store to see if they would take my mom, Neya on the other hand turned her back and walked away as my mother was speaking to her about calling the manager on duty to find why. Britney also walked away from my mother when asked about where the manager was. Dan from liquor and Juan were the only helpful ones until Inez got there.
