I was trying to pick up my husbands meds and other than finding out that they use a third party service to receive scrips called in by the doctor, the visit was an extreme waste of time. The pharmacy asst got flustered and the pharmacist was more concerned about the assistant being stressed than finding the meds for my husband. That is why I only go to Sams but my husband loved Walgreens. I think this will be my last pharmacy trip to Walgreens. Sad state of affairs and no consideration for their customer.

The pharmacy customer service could use a little work. I called seeing if they carried a specific liquid antibiotic for my 5 month old and after the representative told me they don’t have it she hung up on me. I couldn’t even ask her to check other Walgreens stores or if it was something that could be ordered. Idk just felt like it was pretty rude.

Michelle the pharmacist is awesome!! She always has my prescriptions ready and on time. Michelle along with the techs are always so kind and helpful!!Second review just had to write on here again! Michelle as always goes above and beyond for me and is such a sweetheart! Viven also was so sweet! Love all the techs.

Horrible customer service at the royal palm beach pharmacy. Every month I go through the same routine. Call and speak to someone, they say “yes it’s here ready for you to pick up”. I go there and it’s the same conversation. “Well it’s not here today, i don’t know what to tell you. I don’t know who you spoke to but you can come back in a couple days and check again.” I argue back and forth for 10 mins usually. They finally walk to the back and look at that.. it’s there. Sometimes the full prescription, sometimes not but hey at least something is there. Every single month. The same exact routine. Also very rude. As if you’re a waste of their time. Definitely switching pharmacies it will be worth the drive and stress. Cooperate needs to step up and see how they treat there customers. What they don’t know is I’m also in the medical field. Very very rude and horrible customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here.

Customer service in the Pharmacy is terrible. I came in to get my Covid booster and got in line to witness the tech arguing with another customer. She was very combative with the customer who had valid complaints about her prescription not being ready when it should have been. The tech almost seemed to enjoy arguing with the customer. I was in disbelief. I waited for 20 minutes for the confrontation to end.

If I could give it zero stars I would, Super unprofessional, poor customer service, and Rude.I went to go get a shot and I was in there for 2 hours!! On top of that There were other people waiting longer than me with their child.

Went to accompany my mom to get her booster shot only to find out that the pharmacy was closed. She had set up an appointment to get her shot only to show up and they're not opened. The associates just pointed to the posted sign and walked away when we asked why they were closed all of a sudden. Inez was wonderful enough to help us out by calling a nearby Walgreens store to see if they would take my mom, Neya on the other hand turned her back and walked away as my mother was speaking to her about calling the manager on duty to find why. Britney also walked away from my mother when asked about where the manager was. Dan from liquor and Juan were the only helpful ones until Inez got there.

I used to love Walgreens before I moved; i will drive down and pass this Walgreens to go to the other one a couple miles away if I order photos because of the continued terrible customer service...or just go to CVS across the street if I need any pharmacy products. This place is never open on time, dirty, unorganized, pharmacist hangs up on you when you call...its a poorly run Walgreens and very disappointing.

There is no longer anyone who speaks Spanish at the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and the line was either busy or disconnected, only received a dial tone after they hung up on me. I went to the pharmacy with my broken English and there were many angry women working there. I understand that it was busy or backed-up but that is no reason to lose your customer service etiquette and have very bad form. I never had any problems at this location but if this group is the one that is going to continue to work here, I will have to start using a different pharmacy.

The quality of the pharmacy customer service has gone alllllll the way down with the new staff. I called for medication and they answered quickly and said they were busy and hung up the phone on my face. I went to the pharmacy and was met with eye rolls, neck rolling and bad attitude. Now I'll be switching to Publix pharmacy.

My husband took my 17 yr old daughter to this Walgreens for her COVID vaccine today about 12pm. She sat down to rest afterward, asked my husband to get her some water. My husband returned to find her PASSED OUT in the chair. NO ONE BOTHERED TO SEE IF SHE WAS OK. Not the staff behind the counter or any of the people in line. UNBELIEVABLE, UNACCEPTABLE.

The cashier was very rude and unprofessional. I had my two year old with me and she was very frustrated with us because I asked if I could use my coupons. Then she said she was annoyed at me to another employee. I would never treat anyone that way. I just tried to stay calm and be nice.

If you've been to one Walgreens, you have been to them all. This one, interior-wise, is a bit outdated and not visually pleasing -- doesn't feel clean and organized. I always feel a little claustrophobic amongst the navigating through cluttered aisles, even though there are signs hung from the ceiling explaining what should be found in every one. The service has been OK at this one. Not particularly friendly, but not particularly mean either. All-in-all, you find all the typical medicines and healthcare supplies you would find at most pharmacies and some grocery stores, but more expensive. I go to this Walgreens when I have to find something on the fly; however, more often than not, if I can find what I'm looking for online or Target, I go there.
