Terrible customer service. Insisted my account was closed when I presented them with my valid card. I then logged into my wells Fargo account as proof. They were looking at an old closed savings account. On top of this, I get my wf platinum card back nearly broken in half. Thank you Nicole for the one star experience.

This is not directed at the staff. The policies for this bank are terrible. Stay away from them as their intent is not to provide good customer service but to make sure they charge as many fees as possible.

Had a good experience at this branch. Only negative is the parking. It can be tough getting out of the parking space due to the drive thru at the restaurant next door.

They have 3 bankers working and they took forever to work with the same people. We left after waiting over an hour. Waste of time!

I've been banking with Wells Fargo for many years and by far this is THE most incompetent branch I've ever dealt with. I had a hardship. The teller was friendly but when asked to speak with a manager regarding my issues the coward sent her back and refused to speak with me. I was very close to never banking with you again.Thankfully I found a better branch and manager at the Wells Fargo near the Super Target up the road. They all helped me including the African American manager. We are more than just an account. We are people who appreciate compassion and good customer service.

I have been banking with them for 10 years with both of my businesses. I tried and tried and tried to get the PPP loan from them to help keep my business afloat and nothing. Couldn't even find someone that could help me check status of it. What a joke of a bank!!
