Worst service ever. Prices are so so so high and unreliable. Go to AT&T for better prices and service. Your plan will never change and your bill won’t go up. Xfinity is the worst. Every year you gotta call and get a new promotion. It’s all just a ratchet. Don’t fall for it.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I have ever had! I have never had a mobile company as Xfinity mobile to be so unhelpful to have an IN PERSON APPOINTMENT, told me to CALL THEIR CALL CENTER! Spent an HOUR 1/2! On the phone and no one would help me! They do not help you and watch you struggle! I have never been with a company to be so useless!!! Completely unhelpful establishment! I do NOT RECOMMEND coming to this establishment nor this company!

I went to the xfinity store located at 11021 Southern Blvd Royal Palm Beach Ste 150 before i conducted any business i adk if i could get a phone without put the phone on my husband's bill so i would pay for phone and he would continue to pay for the line i was told yes. I trade in my i phone 13 pro max for a Samsung S25 ultra on the 23rd of September and paid $375.53and was told I would be given $400 discount for the trade I could not get a receipt i called customer service and explained the situation the agent told me there was no record of any phone that was trade in but he say record of the money that was paid. I went back on the 21 of October and spent 11/2 hrs before I got any assistance the agents were given me different stories until Sam assisted me. On the 9th of November I realized a charged that was on my card I immediately call customer service and was told that's the card on file so I went back to store got the correct card updated call back customer service for a refund. I spoke with Kevin then Pablo the supervisor i went my my situation with him, and ask if I could get back my i phone 13 pro max and return the Samsung S25 ultra he apologized for everything that had happened and said he would add a note to my account and I can go back to the store and get my phone and give back the other one. I went to the store this guy name Jay says he is the customer and he cannot give me back my phone because this was a promotion I ask him a few questions and my to my surprise he is the supervisor and questions am asking he can't answer every agent I spoke with tells me something different. The workers are at store don't know what there and they don't know good customer service is like they're not trained i would give this store a 0 rating

I visited this Xfinity store at around 1:33 p.m. to ask about unexplained charges on my account, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. I was barely greeted and ended up speaking with an individual who claimed to be the supervisor.
When I asked what the charges were for, he vaguely stated they were for “on-demand subscription services.” The descriptions on the bill were unclear, and when I pressed for details, he repeatedly gave the same circular explanation without actually telling me what the charges were for or showing any proof that I had subscribed to anything.
I asked for evidence of these so-called subscriptions — he couldn’t provide any. I asked for a refund — he said he couldn’t help. I asked to speak with a manager — he insisted he was the manager. He then told me that “the store doesn’t handle customer service” and that I’d have to contact the companies directly, yet he couldn’t tell me who those companies even were.
When I continued to press for help, another young employee joined in, repeated the same unhelpful statements, started calling me “bro” instead of “sir,” and then threatened to call the police when I asked for their names so I could report the incident. Both employees refused to identify themselves and ordered me to leave the store under threat of law enforcement.
This store is a complete embarrassment to the Xfinity brand. The staff showed no professionalism, no accountability, and zero understanding of customer service. If this is how Xfinity allows its representatives to treat customers, it speaks volumes about how little the company values the people who pay for its services.
Xfinity should be ashamed of the behavior displayed at this location. Until this store is properly managed, I strongly recommend that others avoid this location and contact Xfinity corporate directly for any issues.
Of course it's Monday morning and I tried to use the link to contact you directly pursuant to your response to discuss how horribly I was treated and how unprofessional your staff was at this location only to find that the link does not work.

I cable box is not adaptable to4 k.I called and they said they would have a 4k box waiting for me at the local store.. i went in.It was a little busy, but no one even looked at me or acknowledged me.I had to actually say excuse me, and get someone to at least acknowledge me.Then, I told them that I had a box.Waiting for me that supposedly was 4k . They gave it to me nicely.And I went on my way.I hooked it up as I was told.And I went to go use it.And again it says not compatible .. this company is unbelievable and exhausting and never can get through.Because so many people are calling them to complain and have for issues.It's just ridiculous, never, ever experienced the worst customer service ever
