DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a transmission for my 2001 Honda Accord, the transmission they sent was bad. I was advised that they would send a replacement transmission out or they would refund my money. They did neither, and after about a week, they stopped answering the phone or returning messages. I still have not received either.

Bad business bought a 4.7 for a. 2002 dodge ,they said it had 60,000 miles on it, had to replace everything on it,oil pan rust. They ask me not to send it back, they said they would refund me 500. Robert will not take no calls,bought. June 15,2018.don't waste your money or time, ,Bad business. ..

I placed an order for an ECU 2011 E63, Jason the sales person confirmed and emailed to me the price and part number. After following up with Jason the status or tracking number for five days. I am now informed that the price submitted to me is not valid. They made a mistake on the pricing. So customers beware.......

Do not deal with this company, I was looking for a pickup box, the broker for Zaxon said he had the box, he sent pictures and it looked perfect. I paid by credit card $1,300 for the box and $1,200 for shipping. A few days later a different company called and said the were going to ship but wanted to know if I was aware of the damage? I said no, they sent me pictures and I called Zaxon's and this is where a number of lies started. I said I wanted to cancel the order and after lots of arguing with the broker said he would refund the card. This was a month ago now and I have a $2,500 dispute filed through my credit card company because they never refunded the card. The company that had the box turned out to be a junk yard and it was their box. Zaxon's never even paid them for the box and it is still in their possession. I hope this is a bad case of one bad employee and that this will all be resolved asap.

May 24,2018 and still no response on wrong parts and damaged parts from November 2017.jerry offered refund for damage parts,none given! I requested a package label to return wrong parts ,nothing! Talked to Jerry, James, Jim and all the girls working there, nothing. Worst experience I have ever had and being a business owner, I know what a bad review can do to business but I have bent over backwards and 8 months of patience has gone. I would give a negative stars if allowed. Do not do business with them

I called Tuesday 5/15 to order a part, after numerous calls and after the credit card was charged I still haven't received my shipping info. I have never had this happen to me.update 5/21!!! now they wont pick up the phone im continuously calling trying to cancel the order that they never shipped and they are giving me the run around. Please BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! And anyone who is reading this review that was treated the same way please contact your local news station so they can get the word out as i have already did.. Next im calling the police station to make a report

Excellent service, I received my order on time and it was hassle free ! Great customer service, very helpful. Already ordered from these guys twice and will do so again if needed. I will gladly refer anyone I know that is in need of assistance as this place is great, Robert and Jerry are very polite and helpful as well, awesome business.

Best Place to buy used parts and its safe and they will help you to find what ever part you need even if they don't have the part at their place the will get it from their other warehouse which show the dedication towards their work would love to come back for more parts see you soon..
