I'm so glad they updated this and that they have real cashiers . I hadn't been shopping here in almost 3 years and I'm so glad I came back to see how they updated it I'm so glad they don't have the self checkouts

NO CARTS FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS! So un welcoming for family’s . If you have a young child , they do not have a cart to put them in. You have to carry your child around while you shop. Never even seen a place have this issue but here we are . It’s 2024 nothing surprises me .

This store used to be friendly and really stocked. There were almost no dog stuff (soooo empty), the purse selection was terrible, and when I was leaving there was garbage outside on the pavement and the bench. I picked it up and what looked like a supervisor was outside, I asked her where to put the garbage. She said "they took away our garbage bins, we had two..." I told her I was picking up outside because people just left stuff and she didn't even bother to say thank you or offer to take it from me. She just continued on her way back inside with a cart.
This place has gone WAY DOWN! SO SAD!
So I'm taking the $200 I had allocated to spend here and going elsewhere.

Low quality towels and understaffed. Good thing so few were shopping there (5 days before Christmas)!
