I’m am livid with the service I’ve been receiving from boost mobile BUT today 6/11 takes the cake. I went into boost mobile to let them know my bill was showing $60 when it should have been $25. Anthony stated because I waited to long that I know have to pay $60 however that is not what’s listed on my receipt dated 3/7. I requested to speak with a manger shortly after. Who told me on speaker to leave the store and that he was refusing service. I was shocked as I wasn’t combative at all to deserve such response. He stated I contacted corporate and that I needed to leave and to deal with another boost retailer. Here’s the problem with that, THIS boost mobile on 41 stated in writing my bill would be $25 throughout the duration of the year term. With them not following through with their contract. Contract should be null and void. I will be reaching out to Chris with corporate. DO NOT BUY PHONES HERE ALL THEY DO IS LIE. MANGER LIED ANTHONY LIED. I proceeded to record the speaker interaction and Anthony immediately took it off speaker so that the manager would not in criminate hisself. Too late FRAUDSTERS!!!!

This location is not open until 8pm on Saturdays. Came here a little after 7 on 12/14 and they were closed. please change the time it is misleading.
